Can't be too far from phone, and it would have been better if the ear buds retracted. But overall, it's still a good device. If the ANC is left on when the device is off, it will still drain your batter. Battery life is good otherwise.

The sound is great and very light weight on your neck but the earbuds fall off the magnet too often so I had to return and get the old ones.

This headset has good sound for music,movies and telephone calls. It is more comfortable than regular wired headsets.

I take my headset every where I go. The sound is awesome, for some might need to adjust bass, but for me sounds great.

My dad says that he can hear me loud and clear! It is nice to have the set around my neck without hanging off of my ears!

It's not s great item but for the money I paid its ok. The battery drains very quickly and it takes along time to charge. If you don't use if often then it's good item but other wise you will be charging it lots of time like me during the day. Everything else is good for the price.

I don't have to worry about any cord coming out my phone nor ears. They also release very clear sounds, (hear clearly).

I am a truck driver and I bought it for the Bluetooth. This headset is great for listening to music but not good for talking on the phone. I am planning to return it and pay more for better headset with noise reduction.

I don't like holding a phone to my ear while I'm driving, so that was my main use for it. It's great for what I bought it for. The only thing I don't like about it is one side will not stay in the holder and if you have a jacket on, it hits a button and tries to make a phone call.

This is my second pair of LG headphones, they were very affordable and the sound is great especially the noise cancelling feature . I would definitely recommend them.

My son who is 15 loves them especially when he is mowing the grass. The volume and quality of sound are excellent.

This has the similar Audio Drivers as the Infinims given how Harman Kardon and JBL are a part of the same umbrella of companies at Harman Kardon but I just can't justify the difference in costs between this and the Infinims due to the cord retractable feature. Take into consideration also the thin wire too. It can easily be cut and then you're SOL. Between the Pro and Infinims, the Ultra works for me the best with the multitude of earbud replacements provided.

Best Bluetooth headset I've used yet battery life is great sound its good as well. Just wished the inner ear pieces came in smaller sizes the smallest one still doesn't fit perfectly but overall I love it and ones more improvement would be the capability of pairing to 2 devices. Then it would be an awesome headset...
