When I first purchased this, I was concerned about how comfortable it would be to wear. I was pleasantly surprised. I often forget that I'm wearing it. As far as functionality, it works perfect except for the noise cancellation. If you want noise cancellation, it's virtually non-existent on this item. But, if you are just looking for a Bluetooth to talk on the phone with, it's a great product. I can hear my soft spoken wife perfectly in my truck, even with my windows down.

Ordered the product because i had an older model and it lasted me around 5 years. This new model was more expensive and I figured it would be better quality sound and performance. After 3 weeks it started saying "out of range" and "reconnecting" over and over and I coudnt use the device. I called Best Buy and told the person on the phone date of purchase and they said to just stop in and they would swap it for a new one. When i got to the store after waiting in line for 10 minutes they told me that i only had 15 days to get a refund or swap on this item. Then said thats why they suggest "Best Buy's" extended warranty plan. I only got 3 weeks use out of my $99 item. I shouldnt have to buy an extended warranty for a pretty much brand new item. LG tech support wasnt much better. They printed me a shipping label which was nice, but by the time it got there after 2 days they said it would be another 5-8 business days to asess the issue. Then they would send a new one only if they find a problem with it. ITS ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD! There is a possibility they may send it back if they find no problem with it. I told them that when the problems started it was after about an hour of use and it was 2 back to back days. I dont know what im going to do if they return the same one and the next time i use it after an hour it starts doing the problem again. Terrible customer service on both ends. I will most likely no longer purchase from Best Buy again or purchase another LG product again based on this experience. Buyer Beware....dont take a chance. I bought this June19, 2015....problems started July 12, 2015...today is July 29, 2015 at 11:16pm ....Still dont have them back and have no idea when LG will have them returned to me. Tomorrow will be 18 days without it. Almost going to not have it longer than i have had it in my posession. Sorry this is so long but wanted to be specific. Hope it helps.

Thoroughly enjoying these headsets. I wish that the retractable feature was available on this model, it who's give these headsets the perfect vibe. Not really hearing the jbl sound, but they do work well.

My husband had a headset similar to this one, when we went to the store they didn't have that model in stock so we returned the one that was under warranty (it was damaged and needed replaced) and paid the difference for this one. Once he got the buttons down we were good. He hasn't complained about it yet and has had it for almost two months now! Thanks Best Buy.
