Sometimes the mic gets a little lost under a collar and people can't hear but I figure that's my problem. The buttons and switches work great with the iPhone. If you can't live without audiophile quality sound between phone calls you're probably going to buy something else anyway. If all you need is a really good quality working set, I think this is probably the biggest bang for the buck.
