The only problem I have is that I have always bought my cell phones for me and my family. This last time when I tried to buy three new phones best buy has some kind of lock on my account and I can't purchase my pphones . I have also bought appliances from you guys totaling almost 10,000. I'm not happy.

Good Bluetooth Headset, great standby battery life, good sound quality. There is really no difference or benefit to the "sound cancelling" feature so I do not use it.

The only problem I have with it is some time when my phone is in my back pocket the sound will break up and be patch, but if I have the phone on my hip perfect sound.

Overall, I like this product. My only complaint is the range is rather short. Even going into my adjacent bathroom from my bedroom had the connection drop.

Bought these and right after my 1 year warranty expired, the left side quit working. Great other than that.

These headphones are a great buy I price matched them and got the at a deep discount but I keep getting a message saying that they're out of range

Easy to use for phone calls but sound isn't very good for listening to music

It's a good product overall, sound quality is decent , I purchased it to use while riding my motorcycle, the earpiece is still too bulky to be comfortable under the helmet, occasionally the neck piece flys away as the wind picks up. My neck occasionally hits the dial button :$ but for the gym and running there are no issues, I would personally get the more expensive one because it has anode solid frame and you can change the sons without reaching for your phone. Lightweight and fits great around the neck. The magnets are a little tricky to get them to stay in place when not in use while active but letting them hang does not bother at all. My ear canals are shaped funny but the variety of ear buds help a lot. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

Got it on sale so i cannot complain about the price. Good for those who loves to listen to music all the time. I just wished it has a loudspeaker option

My bluethooth device is one of a kind. It is very light and very easy to use, you cannot help but love the way it feels around your neck.

I love my headset! I have a two year old and it helps me be hands on with business calls while tending to my son. I can listen music when I'm actually in the office hands free! With a click of a button I can answer and hang up calls without even touching my phone.

I like them a lot. They just seem to die fast to me. I usually wear them to work. My shifts range from 8-10 hours & they don't last the entire time.

Got this for my son, who needs to instantly communicate with several members of his staff during his "on" time. He has found that this makes it almost seamless to get his job done. I got one several years ago, and I'm still using. I don't like to use my cell phone without it.

The product is comfortable; but, I find myself losing the earbuds in my hair. Also, the "driving mode" is a continuous problem, causing missed calls.

The LG Tone Ultra Wireless Headphones are awesome. The sound quality is excellent. The ease of use is simple and straightforward. Best of all no cords to get tangled up.

I bought it as a gift for my husband who is a truck driver and he lives it. I can finally have a conversation with him without so much air and noise.

Great sound, quick pairing, but they do not fit snugly around my neck.

I have enjoyed these headphones.... Although you do have to have the earbuds firmly inserted into the ear or you don't get the best tone or base ....

lg has the audio down ... but i dont like having something around my neck allay ... thats my only problem .
