I read most of the reviews before trying this one, but had some issues after buying it, Pros: 1. Light weight, can hang around the neck for long hours. 2. Music is good, no disturbances 3. Charge is awesome, atleast for 2 to 3 days for average users Cons: 1. Could get a fading sound during phone calls, especially when i keep the phone in my pant pockets ( front and back) 2. Receivers gets disturbances ( air blowing noise) at times - even when ANC is on. 3. Sometimes the wired are messy. 4. This one is most important - The call button gets pressed automatically ( whenever my jaw / shirt collar touches the button ) without notice - many times and calls the last dialed number - No privacy guys..!!! Not suitable for all neck types, several times the call went through.. Overall its good for Android users but not much likely for Iphone users... I returned it and bought a HBS 770 and using it now.

I recently purchased his device for hands free call while working. Unfortunately, it has a bit of delay connecting to my iPhone 6 when I get a call. The caller often thinks I'm listening and I miss part of the convo or they think they lost the connection and hang up. Also, if I'm wearing a jacket the call botton has been pressed calling he last number. Like the idea but just not this product. Wish I could return.

Had these head phones before loved them. Dog ate them.☹️ Bought the newer set. The newer ones were heavier and the retractable earbuds didn't always work. These are light and the sound is awesome.

Good for hands free cell phone use. I recommend it.

Ear buds do not stay in their holder very well. They fall out or do not set well to start with.

More comfortable than just ear piece but buds always fall off......magnet not strong enough

Forget working out with these headphones, they're even useless sitting at a desk. The magnets that hold the earbuds to the neck piece are useless, and the earbuds kept falling and dangling down my chest. The neck piece is also so large that it looks ridiculous around my neck, even after adjusting it to the smallest size (I am average build).

Easy to use. Sound clear! Good deal!!! I been using more than a month. I Really like it!!

I bought this headset for my wife. She spends full days on her cell phone for work. Being able to go hands-free and wireless, gives her the ability to perform other tasks without being tethered to her desk.
