Dont have reception and sounds like in under water. Too expensive . I briefly enjoyed comfort around my neck for they were there. Reason for 2 stars

I like the battery life, sound quality is not that crisp. Maybe cuz i am more used to with Bose and Beats

I love how easy they are to use. But sound quality isn't the best. They are tinny and not full sound. But for what I use them for they aren't bad

After reading countless reviews (and getting repeatedly furious at my wired headphones that I tend to accidentally get caught on things) I decided these were the headphones for me. I got them quickly, shipping was great, they charged right up and connected easily. I loved how easy they were to use, that they were lightweight, and had the noise cancelling feature. The sound quality isn't amazing, but they worked for why I wanted them. Then, about 10 days after I got them, they randomly cut out even though the battery should've still been at least at medium. I recharged them, and when I turned on the ANC I got a terrible squealing noise, But I still liked the rest of the product to keep it. Until about a week later it cut out again (also when it should've had plenty of battery). I now can't get them to charge or turn on, and since I'm past my return date (and I don't have almost any of the packaging) I have to go back to the manufacturer for a return. Which means I have to pay to ship them there and hope they decide to replace them or I've lost out on my money completely. Hopefully this is just a bad pair and I'll get a new set back from LG and I'll come back up and edit this to say how much I love my second pair. But it was really disappointing how quickly they crashed and burned.

Pros - Very Comfortable and nice design. Cons - Bluetooth failure after failure. I tried paring with a laptop, Samsung Galaxy s5, tablet, and a TV supporting Bluetooth. If I was able to connect the background hiss was distracting. In general I was unable to pair the headset. There is no rating "Avoid"

It is serving the purpose until the semester is over and she can be without her computer for a few weeks to get the audio port repaired.

Though i just bought this on the clearance rack it is a great bluetooth ear phones that work awesome. The noise cancelation works wonders. The plus side to having these is that while its paired to my phone i dont need to look at my phone to answer a call......

I usually don't like the bluetooth headsets where the buds sit in your ear but these were actually more comfortable than I expected..

My first one broke in less than a year. The female voice would come on and say "battery medium, connected" like normal, then one day this automated voice slowed down and she sounded drunk and possessed. The headset stopped working after that. This newly purchased on won't hold a charge.

I tried using this item and it didn't work. After 5 phone calls and the people on the other line couldn't hear me at all I returned it.

It is a discrete solution that combined with a smart watch makes you as invisible as possible, therefore as secure as possible. You can still choose to be aware of your surrounding environment with no effort at all. One of my best buy products.

I am not amazed or wowed closing this specific item. I owned a previous model for several years and it gave me a better quality sound.

So glad I bought the protection plan. These broke in 6 months. But it was very easy getting a new pair. No questios asked.

I don't think my headset worked properly from the start. I couldn't put my iPhone in my pocket and play music without it cutting out. The sound was ok. I was disappointed for the money spent. They are very light. I sometimes forget I have them on. I'm in the process of getting a replacement or my money back. LG wants me to pay shipping to send it to their repair facility. I feel like I've paid enough already. I will update this review if the issue gets resolved. Bottom line don't buy these.

These are pretty good. I've had a lot that are a lot worse. Haven't found any better yet

After seeing someone else using this product and inquiring about how well it worked, decided to try it myself. Pleased with purchase.

Very hard to hear from all the buzzing and beeping. Magnets didn't really work as good as other models like the 730 and 750 which are much better. Way over priced for such a junky product and we can't even get our money back because it's over 15 days, that's terrible and it completely broke about 25 days after we bought it.

It's okay. Should spend the extra $$for the retractable ear buds. Also needs the function buttons on the side and not on top.

They started off great. After a while only one headphone worked and ended up Only lasted for a few months

While it is comfortable to wear, it is not as functional as I need it to be. The people I call often can't understand me.
