    This is the upgraded version of the tone 800 they are much better with retractable earbuds so the cords don't hang everywhere. Talk time is extended. very comfortable in to wear and often forget they are on.

    Lost sound on one side. Ended up going with Jabra that has flat wire. No problem got credit for LG and applied to jabra set.

    The call clarity is great. However, occasionally when listening to music when my phone is in my pocket, the music drastically cuts out rendering the headset useless.

    I move around a crowded office and these are perfect. The battery last a week between charges. I love that I can take one out to use the phone or have a conversation and retract one bud back into the unit.
