Great sound quality..love that I'm notified when I receive text message..it also haa the capabilities to read message to you great for hands free usage

It doesn't have the best sound, connectivity is very spotty , is an OK product

I've own several Bluetooth headsets and the LG brand have been the best. The LG Tone Ultra HBS-810 has a flexible wire that connects the two sides which is much more comfortable than other models than have stiffer plastic neck bands, especially if you have a larger neck / collar size (above 16). I wouldn't recommend any other LG product as either I or a close relative have had major problems with LG products but with the headsets, they got it right. I have highly recommended these headsets to family and friends who after purchasing them have loved them too.

Easy to use, after brushing up on the info provided. If not able to get it by then, ask your grandkids. I've had better sounding ear buds than this device unless you cram them in your ears. Too.bad you can't try them first. Best Buy gives you two weeks and will let you return them if not happy. Works good for the price. Get online cost from other sites to reduce price with Best Buy.

Great headset for anyone! Age does not matter! The retractable ear buds are great!

These headphones are able to connect to multiple devices; however, the earbuds are rather large and the alternative attachments are not very small. Oftentimes, the headphones loose connectivity and cannot auto connect even within inches of the phone.

I've had these headphones for years! I've tried others but always returned them to get another pair of these. Great headphones for every day use.

I wanted the LG Infinim but it is discontinued, so I had to settle for this LG Pro. Not as good as the Infinim.

I had the older model first it works great still. I just like how with this newer model the earbuds retract after a little tug do I brought them☺️

They provide great sound. The JBL sound is wonderful. The earbuds stay in during workouts. They were so good, I bought another pair for the wife.

I love the retractable buds and being hands free! Battey life is great as well.

Use them everyday.. they work well and without issues.. I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for a Bluetooth with stereo sound

Audio quality varies. When connected to my phone and when using the navigation system the audio is broken up / choppy. The volume is sometime to low when at the highest level. The retractable ear pieces worry me, not a problem to date, but i constantly worry about snagging the wire and the cord not retracting.
