I purchased these wireless headphones at the recommendation of an employee of LG who was in the store. The sound is tinny and when talking on the phone the person on the other end could not always hear me. These headphones are not the cheapest at $79, 35 of which I wasted a Best Buy credit I earned.

Both ear plugs went out in very short time.I returned the earphone.

Great for flexibility and movement. Strings will pop.

If were possible to give this item a "0" rating ("poor" does not adequately describe it) I would. What an absolute waste of money!!! I usually read the reviews before purchasing but I was in a rush so I asked the BB specialist for his opinion - bad idea. I keep getting "out of range" when my phone is right beside me! There should be a law against a manufacturer releasing a product before they have done the requisite testing. I find it hard to believe that LG conducted any testing of this headset. Unfortunately for me, I am traveling overseas for a few months so I am unable to return the item. I called LG Tech support and they told me to return for a replacement. I hardly think that the replacement will be any better. Will definitely not be purchasing or recommending any LG products in the future.

They work great. Love that you can talk and listen. Great for a truck driver or delivery person.

Great item very convenient to use. I love having my hands free. Very safe to use while driving.

I really like the function of the product. It even reads your texts to you. the only bad thing is that it fits a little tight around my neck. It felt like it was choking me until I started reverse bending the neck band to make it loosen up. I'm a big guy though. Probably fits smaller guys better.

I like the idea of the collar method and retractable ear buds. The sound quality is fair though. If your using it for listening to iBooks or similar sound it's fine. But, if you like to listen to music it's rates only two stars in my book.
