Love theses headphones they work so good they style

The retractable ear buds are a bad idea. Very thin wire and you could easily pull cords out and the retractable part I'm sure will eventually wear out. Cheaply made.

I love this. It is very clear & convenient to use.

This HB810 JBL speaker doesnt really exist. Now the HB800 JBL sounds amplified. My 800's went out after 6mo. 810 is the replacement. Not too satisfied, but they work.

These were very good sound quality wise but if your getting them for working out I wouldn't reccomend as they have a tendency to fall out/get pulled out easily.

Happy with this product overall but wish there was a way to adjust overall size. It is very snug around my neck. A hinge or something in the back to widen the opening would be nice. Granted I have a large neck.

Great headset. Works really well. Sound quality is great. All though they only last a few months it's still works well but that's what the insurance is for

I needed a new blue tooth, so I brought the Lg with retractable ear plug. The Bluetooth is flexible which I like because I sometimes fall a sleep with the Bluetooth on my neck .Reception and the rage of how far I can be away from my phone is excellent. The downfall is there wasn't a variety of colors.

The sound comes through loud and clean, holds to my neck even when riding at 75 mph. Ease of use and charge last for hours Only minor drawback is earbuds slide out during heavy workout Great product

I use this head set quite a bit as ear plugs when doing loud work. Also is nice to listen to music while working. Does not work well with Apple devices

This is my third pair of LG Bluetooth earbuds. They hold up well as I am outside sweating and an occasional rain might wet them. This pair is the best because of the retractable wires. Love it !

This is the second headset I purchased. The quality is not that good. The left ear bud shorts out really fast since it is the dominate hearing source. Looking into getting a different brand.

This model has been about the worst, you can receive a call and and answer just fine, but nobody can hear me at all, and they say they hear background noise. I wish I could take this back.

These are not as good as an older model I had from LG that was actually a lower tier model as well. First, the ear pieces don't fit as well no matter which foam piece I try. Second, the buds are shaped and finished in such a way that gripping them can be a bit of an issue at times. Third, they start to break up around 50% of battery remaining. So I basically have to cut the talk/listen time in half. This problem didn't show up until as I was about 2 or 3 weeks past my return period. If I was still in my return period, I would return them.

This replaced my previous LG headset that needed to be retired. This model is a significant upgrade from the last one. Audio quality is fantastic. Noise cancellation could be better though.

Love the functions that's available, but the volume isn't very good quality. My cheaper ear pieces volume quality was way better than this one..

This is the second pair I've had in two months- same issue the left ear went completely out. I would hope this will be taken into consideration and they will make sure this will be improved.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the LG - Tone Ultra Wireless Stereo Headset . I am able to use both my personal and work phones to answer calls and continue to have both hands free. When not in use the earplugs recoil out of the way and the entire unit can be hidden under my clothes.

Twice the sound stopped working in the right ear bud, and the left one is super low. I bought them in March of this year. They've been replaced one time already. Talking bout maaaddd!

This headset has worked well for others that I know that have purchased so I hope they work just as well for me. They are clear and easy to pair with phone, truck and tablet.
