I like the retractable ear plugs, although it does seem to have trouble staying connected. I keep getting the out of range and connected messages with the phone in my hand.

I was replacing my old set of LG wireless headphones. I actually had the more expensive ones first time. Got these ones and had the same good sound. Happy with purchase.

HEAD SET WAS NOT LOUD ENOUGH FOR ME TO HEAR WHILE DRIVING. I COULD NOT USE AND WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOITHER SET AND NOT RETURN THIS SET.

The fit was horrible the ear buds would not stay in longer then 30 seconds with no movement. the sound was ok onky when i was pushing the ear buds in my ears otherwise the sound sucked. I purchased 5 different headsets tried them all. I tested comfort they are comfortable but dont stay in your ears sound quality sucked Talking on the phone didn't test because it failed test 1 and 2 Then talking on the phone with background noise also didn't test due to test 1 and 2 failing I returned them

They are convenient for travel, and the sound quality was decent. I would recommend these for the gym or travel on an airplane.

Good battery life, audio is a bit thin. Like to find a bluetooth headset not prone to interference. For the price disappointing.

Lasted 7 mos before returning with geeksquad protection due to sound loss. Were used daily 10+ hours daily for work outdoors in all weather. I upgraded to the tone pro.

I have owned 3 LG earbud sets and this has been my least favorite by far! Poor sound microphone quality. It is worth the extra money to buy the LG Platinum 1100.

I was so impressed with my sales experience due to the expertise of my dutiful sales clerk. She assisted me in price shopping before I made my final purchase and was very cordial. The Bluetooth has really been of maximum service for me. I recommend this one.

Highly recommend this product over any pair of headphones I've ever used. Great for phone calls, conf. Calls, and music... Not so hot with speach to text though. The Siri function usually works so long as you wait a couple seconds before giving the command

Would not recommend these. After a few month she of wearing them one ear piece stops working. I had to get rid of them cause I could only hear from one side

I love the features that the lg head set provides. The talking text and notifications are great for screening text and notifications without having to constantly look at your phone. Plus the retractable ear buds are great for keeping them out of your way.

The ear pieces needed to be smaller to stay put. Sound was fine but in hind sight I would not buy this product again.

The head set worked well when they worked but I had to return them for another pair. Great found though for the money.

Only issue I have is that it can be sometimes be awkward to have it hang from your neck while working. Other than that, great inexpensive wireless headphones!

The Tone Ultra is everything you want in a wireless headset. Great kind, great range, comfortable and very reliable. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Sometimes it disconnects for no reason. Don't know if it's the phone or the headset but I had an earlier version of the same brand and it didn't do it.

Great sound however make sure to get the extended warranty. if you use them a lot one side or the other just quits.

Long Battery life, ok sound for such small speakers. First time I had used bluetooth around the neck head set.

The tone is a decent Bluetooth unit but build quality is not good buy the warranty. Bluetooth distance is better on this model than the newer models
