They sounded good for a couple months till one side stopped working now both sides dont work.....

The headset is louder thany 910s. Best buy didn't have any unstick. They told me they stopped carrying them. Over all they were a good purchase.

Item is great. service at best buy Vallejo has changed tremendously over the past year. Employees have become more customer friendly and helpful.

Great item! Only issue noted is that the microphone is extremely sensitive and picks up noise when rubbing on your neck. Good purchase otherwise

only negative is that you have to pull them out by the buds and that is why these are my second pair. the wires get worn over time and cut out.

The LG - Tone Ultra Wireless Stereo Headset is a very good product but too expensive for the type of material its uses, but it gets the job done.

It did what it was suppose to do. I just didn't like clipping it in also the cord was hanging and I didn't like when it would pop off.

Had a hard time pairing with my iPhone 6s Plus at first...but seems to work ok. Long standby battery life.

My wife has a set of retractable wireless headphones and as soon as my wife and her went out, my wife said "your mom wants a pair of these bad!!...." Ended up purchasing her a pair of these for her birthday and LOVES them!!..

Love these LG earbuds! Bought these to use while walking. Originally purchased Sol Republic earbuds but they wouldn't stay connected to the end of the driveway so I returned them and bought the LG. So glad I did. They work well.

There is only one issue I have with the headset. Depending on how I move my head, I lose connection with my phone. And connection will drop for no reason. Connection will drop in the middle of a call and tell me that the call has ended when actually the call is still connected. Will not recommend! I would give it 4 Stars but the connectivity is just that bad!

I am a CDL Driver, I need my hands to be free all the time. I use this as a phone mostly. It works really well. I like the retractable wire

Bought this sometime ago. It works very well, when it works. Most times it works but sometimes when I push the button to call, it beeps but will do nothing when I state the contacts name. Very frustrating. It seems like most times it does it when I'm driving, and does it enough to be a real pain in the rear. If I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I probably would NOT have bought this but would have got something else.

I had to get these headphones because BB stopped selling the headphones I really liked, but I'm not disappointed they serve there purpose.

It's pretty good I just had to trade it in for another one because I wanted to try some different ones I seen hit it was the same thing

My wife has tried several different brands of the wireless headset, and wasn't happy with any of them until she purchased this LG and she absolutely tickled pink over it's performance and wouldn't trade anything for it.

Needed a wireless headset when at the gym. Stopped at Best Buy and bought these awesome LG tone ultra wireless headset. Not only do I use them at the gym but I take them to work. Love my LG tone ultra wireless headset.

There just okay. The older ones are louder however these are supposed to have better speakers.

I found this headset to be very comfortable but the microphone sometimes has trouble picking me up my voice when I am on the phone.

Great Headphones but Left Speaker stopped working already!! Need to go back and get it exchanged !! Otherwise like it very much !!
