Volume button sticks. Wish I had bought extra warranty. Too expensive for such a short life span. Lasted 35 days.

I brought this product twice trying to give it a second shot. Both were fails decided to go with another item.

It doesn't work as well as the cheaper ones I have purchased

It disconnects from the phone very often so it is not a good product for me

This headset is great. The fit is comfortable and the sound quality is great. I started with the LG Tone Pro and decide to upgrade. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. There is also good battery life.

After about an hour it quite working, returned it.

I had been wanting to get myself a good wireless bluetooth headset. Want my FIRST to be worth it. Torn between this unit or INFINIM. Decided to get this newer released unit. Bought it tonight...easy for me to get it working on my ears. CANNOT get it off since I used it. Happy listening to my favorite music list. Tried walking away from the music source. I was informed a few times (out of range with vibration ) til I get back to my phone. Btw, I bought the 2 year warranty, just to make sure I am covered for the duration. I give 4 stars because I have yet to try calling using it.

I've used these headphones for almost two years, and overall am very impressed. The sound quality is very good, although you'll want to invest in Comply Foam ear buds (the included silicone buds are sub-par in my opinion). From a utility standpoint, these headphones are near perfect. You get vibration alerts for incoming calls (and when out-of-range, unfortunately), and the button placement (play/pause, accept calls, hail Siri/Google Now, volume control, etc) make it very easy to use. Like many other reviews, lack of range is my biggest complaint.

I bought a pair of tones about 3 years ago I had gone through a lot of Bluetooth ear pieces and so forth before then I bought these and will never go back to anything else I have never had any problems with it and unlike many other tech devices I use it everyday and it never became a fade where I bought it and only used it for a couple months then quit using it or lost it like other items I've bought. I feel absolutely naked without it if I don't have it on. My tones have outlasted any phone I've ever had and like I said three years in I've dropped it a ton and the sound quality is still perfect and battery life hasn't decreased at all which is amazing to me. Also I only got the tones not even the pro or anything so in ten years when these go out I look forward to getting those

I hate shopping for things because like my wife says things are just not good enough for me. Well Let me say 1st that if you have an Iphone this product wont be all that it is capable of doing. Its NOT Lg's fault. Its Apple's. There is an app that needed to be downloaded that of course apple does not offer. This app enables you do be notified of incoming text via a buzz on the back of your neck. I am going to exchange mine for another one. There has been an issue with my phone moving in my pocket (while jogging) which breaks up the signal VERY badly!! it has happened everytime that I have ran. I like this headset cause I can go through songs with out having to pull out my phone again. As far as the cord free,..I have a 1 yr old and with all the stuff i have to always carry I cant tell you how nice it is that there is no cord that gets wrapped up around my neck. At the gym I love putting my phone on the ground under me and not having it constantly fall out. Give this try. You have a 15 day return policy. OH,... I got $20 off. They priced match from amazon.

I purchased this pair of LG Tones for my wife. She loves the ease of use and sound quality for both music and bluetooth telephone conversations. I can't even tell if she is on her phone or talking to me through the Tones.

I'd been wanting to get these headphones for a while, so when I saw them on sale for $63.99 I couldn't resist. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks, but so far I really like them. They sound great and fit comfortably around my neck and in my ears. Don't fall out all the time like some of the other brands I've had.

I owned a pair of HBS 700's for what seems like forever and when they finally bit the dust and I needed to get a new set the HBS 810's were the model I went with. I liked the style and sleek design, these are much more fashionable then the 700 series and the LED power light does not blink on these non stop when they are on alerting nearby people you're not paying attention to what they are saying. The retractable headphones are nice and solid after 6 months of heavy use at the gym and at work. Sound quality is great for music and podcasts and the battery life is very impressive considering its size.

Still have my 730s. Saw these and picked them up. Battery high out of the box. LG is head and shoulders above everyone else. My LG inventory goes as: 730-2 pairs 750-3 pair 760-3 pair 800-2 pair 900-2 pair and now these 810s. LG FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased these earbuds to replace the LG HB750's that I had for a few years. I REALLY wanted to like these but they just don't fit well at all. They sound great and I like the controls over the 750. But, I'm a pretty petite woman and the headset hangs pretty low on my neck, and because the earbud cords come out of the end of the headset, the cord is never long enough to NOT have pulling and tugging ESPECIALLY when working out. I could use either a longer cord, a way to adjust the neck fit, or for the cord to retract from farther up the neck. Furthermore, the insulated bud covers do help to keep outside noises out, but they don't come small enough to fit in my ears properly and they slipped out constantly. I had to replace them with the old covers that fit, but aren't insulated. Also, the cords are teeny tiny and super delicate. Picking your earbuds out of your hair is a fact of life for the curly-headed, but now it feels like a watch-making procedure so as not to damage the cord. Not sure why the flat cord wasn't used for more durability. It's really distracting to have to fiddle with my ear buds at my office job and working out so I had to take 3 stars away. But I have had better range than the 750's and these actually do automatically reconnect when they fall out of range, whereas the 750's had to be restarted.

Great product easy to use very lightweight sounds great

I've tried multiple headsets and this one has been excellent! The sound quality has been great and while on the phone it does a phenomenal job cutting out the background noise!

I Love my tones the batteries last days and the are extremely cool
