I had the older 800 model and it worked great for almost 2 years. The other day I was cleaning the silicone gels and it was not laying on a surface. I mistakenly was holding them by the ear bud with the weight of the rest of the device pulling down. I went to fire them up and the right earbud didn't work. Turns out it developed a short which I would assume was from my lack of care holding them... Figured it was a good excuse to upgrade. Tried the SOL Republic. They sound fantastic but no support for TTS and neck band is too short and battery life is exactly 8 hrs as advertised. So I returned them for the 810... Wow what an improvment. I like that they amped up the volume a few notches over the 800. Vibrator is nice and loud. Overall love them! Bought the warranty just incase the retractable earbuds go out on me in 2 yrs.

First purchase of wireless headset, checked several sites for reviews.Favorite extra feature is being able to send and receive texts handsfree. Lightweight and comfortable and saved $12.00 with a price match. Best Buy staff very helpful..

These headphones are comfortable around my neck and while listening to podcasts in bed at night. The noise cancelling works best for me in a quiet room. Any noise; Car AC, other people in room, or wind blowing makes my conversations unpleasant for the person on the other end of my phone call.

These headphones have a great design. Whoever came up with it had a very good idea. But with my iphone 6 (and also back when i had the first set with my iphone 4) i never could move my phone an inch without it distorting or losing connection. If the connection was better they would be great. Now i just wish my dad would have bought me powerbeats for this christmas instead of these lol

I don't use these for critical listening, but when exercising, working out, or cutting grass, these are the headphones I go to first! No cords to get in the way thanks to the Bluetooth technology.

I purchased these from BB and used the amazon print out for a price match. loved them, thought to myself how did I ever live without this technology. Wanted to give a 5 star review... then yesterday day they started to vibrate uncontrollably for about a minute then gave up the ghost.... I had only had them for about 18 days! And only used about 10 of the 18! BB only has a 14 day return policy, however its Christmas time and they are extending returns until 1/15/16 so hopefully I can get an new pair tomorrow. They won't charge at all, no light will come on when I connect them to the charger... when i say they are dead I meany REALLY DEAD. I purchased two pair, the other is a Christmas gift. I'm going to tell her to use the heck out of them as soon as she opens the box so if there is a problem with hers we will know before the exchange date is over

Fits comfortably around your neck but audio while using BT on galaxy note sounds a bit distorted like guitar strings. It may just be my experience

This is my second time buying this item. Both times they started malfunctioning after about 9 months. First, the ear buds start cutting out, that is followed by the buttons becoming non-responsive starting with the media pause button then it.spreads to the rest of the media buttons. Eventually the ear buds stop producing any sound at all which leaves you with a $100.00 peice of junk that does not deliver what it promises.

Purchased for my husband. Previous brand materials irritated his skin. This model is convenient and well made.

Got co workers them! Always use the higher end tones! Great just like all the rest!

I love the speakers. The buttons are conveniently located. My messages are read to me so I don't have to unlock my phone just to view the message.

I really love the concept and convenience of this headset. It's rare that I need it and can't find it or don't have it on me. The biggest drawback is actually the earbuds on this. They are a bit large and when I am not using the headset, I still feel like I have earbuds in 24 hours a day. They hurt my ears.

As compared to other expensive wireless, these headphones are too good. definately recommended

You forget you're wearing them---very light and doesn't bother your neck!

I love that they retract but the connectivity range is not the best. Sound is good. Just wished it would tell you the name or number that is calling.

Just opened the box, so far so good. I had the Lg tone ultra version before this one and it went out on me. The only thing I will have to get use to is the retractable headphones.

I had the previous version of this headset (HBS-750) but I'm quite disappointed on this one. This one has JBL but it did not feel like a huge upgrade compared to HBS-750. I am giving 1 star for this product because whenever I'm in a phone call, it would intermittently garbled up the sounds; I couldn't hear the other person and the other person couldn't hear me at all. I got annoyed and returned this product.

Love the head phones, just wish there was a way for the ears to remain dry, after using them for a few minutes my ears sweat.
