It's pretty good. I've had to return a set because the left ear bud no longer produced sound. Glad I got the protection plan.

Bad sound quality, people on the other end of the line will hear everything because of the sensitive microphone, usually with the sound of the headset rubbing against your skin or your clothing. After about 20 days of ownership it is already defective because of the buzzing sound it's making on its microphone. Bestbuy return policy is also terrible, 14 days?!!! How low can you go?

I have mixed feelings about these. I use these as a bluetooth connect for my cellphone, but sometimes the sound isn't loud enough for you to hear well, even at max volume. It is nice to be able to have the around your neck though.

Thought it would be useless. But it's so easy to use and the battery life last for days at a time. And charges within an hour.

I was really impressed with the quality of the lg headset

This version is way better than the previous models. The retractable buds are worth the extra cash. Spend the money.

I just bought this product and im very dissappointed with this. The sound quality is terrible (and there JBL). The sound make a buzzing in your eardrum and it hurts. I'm returning this.

I purchased 3 of these a couple of weeks ago for myself and 2 family members. I travel by car and needed something better than the hands free in my Toyota Avalon and also for doing WebEx meetings. After the first call from the road I knew there was an issue but after a short visit to Walmart and the thing sounded like it was (connecting > disconnecting > reconnect) continuously so I returned the first one. My second unit was similar and I found that while traveling mostly in the DFW area and a trip to Little Rock the speaker phone on my iPhone 6s Plus was better and easier to understand. I ended up returning them all and purchased a set of Bose SoundLink II's. This is my first set of Bose headphones but I am very impressed. The call quality is clear for both myself and the caller, WebEx is great, and music is exceptional. I wish they had the noise canceling feature on the Bluetooth set, but that is not available yet. I purchased another set of Bose for my wife and they should arrive next week. Bose are more expensive, but they really do work well. I realize the Bose may be cost prohibitive for some, and if you are more interested in listening to music, maybe these are good enough for you. If you need call quality while driving, do not waste your time and effort. I am not sure if the music would be interrupted while walking around a large store or not, but if it actually is dropping Bluetooth it will. I wonder if this issue is related to the new Bluetooth 4.xx? That is whats on this model, the step up still has BT 3.xx, so do not know if the issue is related to this or not.

The mouse works well. I'm able to carry it with me and be more efficient.

Purchased these 9/24/2016 and now 3 months in the right side does not work. I am not a kid who might tend to be rough on their things, meaning these have been taken care of.

The work just fine unless your somewhere that has loud noise. Then the noise cancelation cuts you off when talking on the phone some people can hear you

Bought this headset for my wife and at first she loves it but now only one earphone works and we have to send it back to LG.

I previously purchase the LG-Tone Pro back in 2/25/16 and they worked great until yesterday 9/21/16 it stop working all of a sudden, since I had a warranty I went to my local best buy and upgraded from the Tone Pro to the Tone Ultra, biggest mistake I made. this are so sensitive that it gets static whenever it grazes against my shirt or collar bone, I had it for less than 24 hours and it already giving me problems this sucks because now i have to go back and exchange them for something else, I'll definitely go back to the Tone-Pro at least they lasted more than the TONE-ULTRA

Sound quality and volume levels are far inferior to the HBS 800 that I was replacing. Returning this headset.

The headphones blew out with a couple of weeks of having the headphones. Now I can't use them.
