I am very happy with this headset because it is very easy to use & is clear when speaking with someone. It is definatey not cheap, but I have tried a number of other earphones/headsets & have not found any that compare to this item. I do wish the distance was longer so that I didn't need to keep my phone so close, but that is a small price to pay for the clarity, & hands-free ability. I will watch for it to go on sale again so I can buy sets for all of our daughters so I can hear clearly when talking to them.

I really like the retractable earbuds. So much better than other models that don't retract . The frame that goes around your neck is also very comfortable and flexible. The battery life is great. I easily get 12 hours or more of continuous use listening to audio books. Great for listening to talk radio and audio books. I can't give it 5 stars because for listening to music, I think it could be a little better. More bass. Other wise, its awesome. I bought a second pair so that I have a charged pair 24/7.

The Bluetooth meets its demands. The sound is perfect and cancels out external noise. The battery life is excellent. I find it hard to keep in the ear though, it tends to fall out, one has to be pushing it in, don't know if it's my ear or not. I also don't like the fact that the cable is so thin, it looks like it won't last due to the pulling in and out of its hole. Overall it is a great device and I do recommend it.

I bought these headphones for the bluetooth so I could ditch the wire. I have never owned a pair before but my wife has an older version and convinced me to buy this pair. I love the fact that my phone tells me how much battery is left next to the bluetooth icon. The only thing I wish is that it had a little more base but I am assuming they didn't do that because it would use a lot more battery. Even with that, I would still give it a 5/5. I can move 10-15 feet away from my phone when connected. Other thing to note is they do not hook up with my PS4, hopefully they will add the profile at some point.

When I was first looking to buy Bluetooth earbuds I thought $100 seemed a bit steep. And it is, but not for these babys. The sound quality is really good, the mic on it picks up your voice perfectly, you can control Siri with them, and I can use them most of the day for about 2 1/2 days before I have to charge them. The range of the Bluetooth depends on how much stuff you have between the earbuds and the other device. If you have a clear shot you can go quite a ways before it starts to short out (I went almost an entire block down the road before it started going out). With walls and other things I could still go about 50-80 feet. Plus, the earbuds are retractable! These aren't the ones that you flip into something further up the set. You pull them out to the length you want and when you're done listening you pull slightly and they retract all the way back in. These really are amazing. I've had them for a couple of months now and use them every single day. Worth every penny.

Good clear sound when you get a phone call. These are not for ultra loud bass music sound. These are great for taking calls handsfree. Mic needs improvement as sometimes it looses clarity. Battery life is good and its easy to use. It has JBL sound and you can tell when having conversations, they are decent when listening to soft easy listening music. I paid $69 so I am ok with purchase.

This is my 3rd set of some variation of the LG Tone series headsets. I really like the sound quality and level that they provide on calls. I am outside a lot and other units just aren't loud enough and the slightest amount of wind makes them unusable. These have always been great, even to the point that I can be on calls while on my motorcycle and am able to hear and be heard just fine. My one complaint is that every set I buy to replace an old one seems to have a shorter range than the last. My first set I could be 30 feet away from my phone and they still worked fine. These are only good if my phone is on my hip or closer. I should say that I only replace them because I have broken or lost the old ones. The overall quality seems just fine to me and battery life is incredible. I would personally sacrifice some battery life for a better range though.

I have owned 7-8 headsets over the years ranging from the cheap $(20) wired to the supposedly better ($225) wireless and none of them compare to this ($99 at Best Buy). Sound quality is great..(.people cant tell I am on a headset). Retractable ear buds so I dont have someting in or on my ears all day. Wraps around neck and under collar (or over), vibrates on your neck when call comes in and phone is muted, good range and when running on a treadmill, Stairmaster, lifting weights it never falls out or gets in the way of body movements. I have already recommendedthis to three friends who purchased. Go buy this....you will be VERY glad you did.

Purchased these about 3 months ago and so far so good. Reception is clear, buttons are easy to use. Connectivity is easy, and sound quality is crisp and clear, i wear them everyday and use them at work mostly because of the hands free operation> The battery life lasts all week, the ear piece easily retracts everytime. I have had 2 other brands , none had this long of battery life and all seemed to lose their crisp sound. and after 6 months all either the connect button broke or the receiption was so bad you couldnt hear what people were saying and they couldnt hear you. So in that the jury is still out but sofar these are great.

Decided to try a pair. I saw everyone else using them. I am really enjoying them now. Great on fit and feel. I dislike earbuds, but they have 2 sizes included and I found one size fit better than the other. Battery holds a very good charge. Lasts 3-4 days. Cons: I wish they were a little louder and sounded better with music. There is little to no bass. Voice is excellent. I would still recommend.

I travel and get tired of the cords snagging on my backpack. The retractable cord are ideal for me and quickly extract to answer a call. They fit comfortably under a polo collar and remain hidden from view so most people never realize I am wearing them. The talk and standby time stances for the built in battery is far superior to any Blu tooth I have used in the past. I highly recommend this. The noise cancellation has to be manually adjusted from the default setting but once tweaked it works great especially driving with the windows open.

Clear sound. Great battery life. Lightweight and feels good around the neck. Able to connect to 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

I was out in the market for a good Bluetooth headphones that I wanted to primarily use for telephonic meetings which run for a couple of hours each day. I wished to buy the over ear bose or beats but one they were too expensive for the purpose and secondly friends who own them suggested they are not comfortable for long conversations and would only suit audiophiles. On the other hand these earbuds are comfortable with most of the weight on neck/shoulders and in a few minutes of putting on, you forget that they are even there. The passive noise cancelling makes sure that the other party is able to hear you clearly and I haven't had any issues at home or office. The retractable earbuds are pretty useful and avoid any tangled wires. I can pair them with both my iPhone and Mac at the same time (pair with Mac first then with phone) and can switch if a call comes. But, in that case the audio of the call flickers and you need to disconnect from the PC. The range is okay and I can easily walk around to the next door rooms and stay connected with few lags when in a different room. They are not the loudest headphones I would say but they have a decent sound for my taste. Also, I wouldn't wear them at the gym as occasionally the tips slip out of my ears and haven't tried it in crowded places too The only downside for me is that there is no mute button on these.

I like that the battery last a long time, I use them for about 5 to 9 hours a day and never have to recharge(till the end of my day). The retractable ear buds are great, the last pair I had were not retractable and where ripped out. The sound is great in my opinion. For calls I think it does an average job. There has been momments that people can't hear me but I canhear them, so I don't know if it's me or them.

I brought the LG Tone as a birthday gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it!!!! It's thin, light weight , and offers great nosie canceling control. It's easy to answer calls when needed while driving without fumbling around for your cell phone. Your eyes never have to leave the road. My husband does a lot of heavy commuting during the week and was in need of a safer way to take calls while driving. The battery life is also excellent and compliments the crystal clear sound.

This is my second pair of LG Tone headphones. My first set was the Tone and Talk, and they were wonderful, but I broke them through normal wear and tear. When I went to get a new pair, I naturally reached for another LG, but this time I upgraded to the Tone & Talk Ultra, because I like that the headphones retract. I can say that I don't really like the headphone cords, they feel very thin and flimsy. They do hold up very well, and I'm sure they would have to be thin cords to retract into the housing without causing it to be very bulky, but I still feel nervous that I'll break one. Everything else about these headphones is perfect! The sound quality is very good, the battery life is amazing (I can use them for two days almost constantly listening to podcasts and not even get down to the low battery warning), the charge time is very short, and they're super comfortable to wear. Also, this may not work for everyone, but I've gotten pretty good at hitting the pause button with my chin, which is great when my hands are full or messy. I definitely recommend these!

The problem with LG Bluetooth headphones is that they usually don't last very long before the volume goes out in one or both the ear buds. So far these are working but there's no telling. The earphones are comfortable and battery life is great. I mostly use them for spoken word like audio books and podcasts. They're acceptable for music. The. Neck band is still the most convenient and comfortable form factor for Bluetooth ear buds in my opinion.

After my other pair broke, I was in need of new blu tooth headset. The sales consultant gave me good information and a personal recommendation. It also helped that my teen daughter was with me to help me choose a good quality headset. I love it! No major issues, other than sometimes I can't hear or the other person doesn't hear me, we hang up and re-dial each other to connect. Other than that, I've had no major issues or problems,

I received these as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love them. I am an avid music and audio book listener. My wired headsets were always getting caught on kitchen appliances, etc. Driving me crazy. Not to mention the hassle of taking wired headsets on and off, and the pain of always being tethered to something. With the LG wireless headset you have none of those issues. The LG works great. Sound canceling is the best, you will have to pull the ear buds out to hear people talking to you. Sound quality is great too. The battery powers hours of phone calls and music each day before needing to be recharged. The Bluetooth has about a 20 foot range so you can leave your phone charging while you wander around making dinner listening to music or talking on the phone. The LG will alert you if you get out of range or forget your phone when leaving the area. The ear buds are attached to wires that retract into the headset when not needed. Nice. So far the wires seem sturdy enough, but only time will tell. I am being super careful with them regardless. All controls are easy to master, and the start and stop play feature works better on the LG than on the wired headsets. Answering and receiving phone calls works well too, although you have to remember that this must be done from the LG or it switches to the phone speakers. The LG is very comfortable to wear but you will have to get used to the new look. Since essentially they wear like jewelry. Not a look everyone wants.

Bought these as a replacement for my lost Tones. I love the retractable earbuds. The only thing that I dislike about the headphones is that they disconnect from my phone more than my last headset which can be quite annoying. Overall good headphones with a long battery life.
