I needed a reasonably priced drive to use for backing up DVD's that had old files on them and my laptop doesn't have a drive. This was perfect and did the trick. Great quality and affordable!

Works well. No issues. Bought to use with an iMac. Easy and functional.

It works good, fast internet connection, and I like the slim finish; but It was a high priced item.

The drive meets my needs. When I purchased, the sales associate said this model supported usb 3.0. It does not. Hence 4 star instead of five.

The dvd/cd drive is light and perfect for my busy schedule and working on the go when I am away from the office.

After checking out reviews online and searching for the best price, I found this DVD burner at BB for the same price as all the big online sellers. Picked it up same day and was able to start ripping over 300 CDs to MP3. I've used it a couple of times to copy disks and offload data backups and it does the job nicely. It's not as fast as an internal drive, but I'm happy to have a simple small and effective drive for on the go.

I wanted a second DVD drive but my PC didn't have room for another internal device so I bought this external one. Works fine for my purposes. Nothing fancy, get the job done.

Like the product customer service was horrible Everyone was willing to wait on men but passed both myself and daughter by I two different depart and thus did not buy everything I wanted

Product was replacement for drive that did not work as anticipated, purchased online from another retailer. Salesperson helped me locate and I was able to walk out the door within minutes.

Very good price. Had no problems installing. It has worked great so far.

This takes a while to load the dvds but once it does it plays them flawlessly. Have no complaints, haven't tried to make any disc just play them so can not comment on that.

This one is half the price of the apple one so that’s why we chose it. Also works with both my Mac and my husband’s windows laptop, not sure if the apple branded one works for both

This external drive is dependable and priced good. Never had any problems with it. Easy to connect.

I bought this because my cd drive was having connection problems, this saved me from having to buy a new computer

Price was right. Nice to have the option to read/burn the obsolete cds when new laptops don't have drives.

I use it to transfer my old music to my computer. I really do not use all the features, that it is calable of doing. The price was decent.

My only issue with this drive is that it feels a little shaky (fragile) in hand but it really is pretty sturdy. I use it on everything from my Surface pro to my desk top tower, handy little add on.

Does what I need. It takes up little space and is portable. I copied several CD's with no errors.

After purchasing a new laptop a couple of years ago I needed a CD drive in order to be able to install software and have found this unit to be very reliable.

Good drive, however, sometimes the disc does not come out when I try to eject it. I need to start the mac with my finger down on the mouse so it ejects the disc at startup.
