Needed drive for Surface Pro 4. Salesman said this was less expensive than the one that sucked the disk in. After using a couple of times I determined that the cost for the Super MultiBlade which sucks in the disk was worth it. I was afraid the tray on this one might easily break and I work in many small areas where space is at a premium. I am happy with the other style. For the cost this one is ok. For me and my usage it was not a good fit.

Needed this for my iMac I bought. It is good and haven't had a problem with it. Kind of feels cheap though.

Like the laptop - locks up once in awhile when I am in video conference. Has good speed, can move between multiple chrome tabs (do all my work online).

Got external CD player to view CD files since my laptop didn't come with one. Works well with laptop.

This product was something I knew nothing about about. Best Buy employees helped me find the right one and the best deal, which saved me money. They also made it possible for me to get in and out of the store in a timely fashion, as I was running behind . It worked and was compatible with my daughters game. Once u get use to how to use it and open things properly to be able to do whats is expected its a good product for the price and quality

It does the job I needed it to do and doesn't take much room to store.

It is a great product but it was not compatible with my tv. On computer it works really well.

Works great for playing cds and dvds. Even in the car my kids watch dvds and play games on the laptop. It doesn't skip and loads smoothly. Great product.

Since Apple Computer doesn't come with a DVD/CD player, having this Ultra Thin Max DVD & CD player makes it very convenient now to use it when I need to

I didn't know that my son's gaming laptop didn't come with a disc drive so we had to purchase this so that he could play his older computer games on disc.

Love the touch screen and the quickness and the operating program and the Web cam and the realibity, my wife loves the touch screen and over all size.

A have-to purchase since new laptop had no internal DVD drive. Works mostly except periodic sticking of drive.

I returned this item. I didn't realize it was the same one I had bought a year ago. The workers at the Houma, LA store was really good about helping me.

It took a bit to download the software for the drive initially, but once it was all connected it worked really well. Plays my DVDs and cds great, with no problems

It was so simple and easy-to-use, no software to load 1st just plug it in and wait. It did all it was intended to do, I'd recommend this to others and buy another.

I am always apprehensive about getting new electronics as I do not like change and am not very computer savvy, but this computer is quite user friendly.

I had to buy this to use cd's now but will have fun with it. I was advised to get this as there isn't a cd rom on these or a lot of desktop anymore
