Great DVD/cd drive

She said that the software program that comes with it is only a free trial for 30 days and that it costs $50 to buy the program. I find this hard to believe when the disk drive only costs $30 to purchase new.

Great price, easy to install and use

(A previous drive from another vendor took forever to get to boot up). The BB sales associate explained the differences between the available drives and compared their features to my intended use. He recommended this one even thought it was less expensive.

It is easy to set up but may require you to download a player. It works once you have the correct player installed very well.
