Beautiful piece of equipment. Great addition to my laptop that did not come with built in CD-ROM drive, so I bought this LG that works smoothly with my Dell laptop.

There are more expensive drives but I got lucky and took a chance on this one to save cash...I work it to death and it's as good as the day I got it...great deal

For the price it's a great DVD player. Looks great and works as it should. Especially great if you have a MacBook and don't want to drop 80+$ on the apple one.

Neither of our newer computers have DVD drives so this is a great product that lets us see the DVD's that we have not seen in years. Very easy to use and store.

Wish my computer has this slot built in, but this is nice to have for those times when Inwant to watch a old movie or play an old game. Works fine

I needed to get some drivers on a computer that didn't want to use a flash drive.... got this thing so I could burn the drivers onto a cd. Worked like a champ.

I don't use the DVD writer very often but when I do, it works just fine. I have not had any problems. I have used it to install software and to play music CDs

Great burner. Runs fast enough to burn videos, music and presentations to DVD. Hooks up quickly to both my MAC and Windows computers so I can utilize one for both!

To get the driver to work I have to constantly have to remove the device from the USB and put it back in. Besides that the product works well.

I bought this item for work since my new PC did not have a CD/DVD reader/writer. I've used it for listening to audio CDs as well as burning data onto DVDs.

not sure how to copy the music to this device and then to a cd. I will contact the geek squad for assistance. I will not recommend this to a friend until I learn how to operate it.

After trying others this one was the keeper. Once I hooked it up to the computer we were off and running. Has been very durable as I have dropped it a couple of times and it continues to work well.

I wanted to use different game dvds, but my laptop doesn't have a dvd drive. I am now able to play them since I purchased the external drive. I am happy!
