I am using this computer for school and it has been great. It is compact to carry around and it has a lot of space for my film making projects.

I haven't found any problems but haven't really used too much. I am retired now so I don't use computer near as much as I used to.

Lightweight cheap works great well made. Imports cd lightning fast three times faster than my last one. Must have if you don't have a built in.

This is great for people who have a Mac or computer that does not have a CD/DVD drive. It is affordable and sleek and easy to use

Needed a cd rom drive for the computers at work that inexplicably did not have them installed. It allows me to install hardware from a cd rom

I had an ARRIS modem/router that I just exchanged for this router. The ARRIS combination cost the same as the NETGEAR router. I had to buy a separate cable modem. I live in a high rise Condo and was effected by other routers used in the building, losing connections to the Internet. I have NETFLIX and do not have to wait on the rotating wheel. I now connect to NETFLIX on my 4K TV in 2 seconds. This combination is far superior when compared to a Modem/Router combination. The only downside is that you have to call NETGEAR to help with the setup.

This player is perfect for my intent, to be used as a dvd burner as my surface does not have an internal burner . Very easy to use no issues.

If you need a cheap DVD or CD writer of a Mac or windows this will do the bill. Booted right up on a Mac. No problem installing.

I bought this item to listen to d.v.d and also burn d.v.d since my laptop does not have a disk drive it worked great andcwzs very easy to use

I bought the item because my desktop doesn't have a dvd drive. After I install it, I insert a DVD & tried to watch but I couldn't get it to work. There was not a option for me to "play" the DVD. I don't think the item is user friendly.

With no disc drive in my new desktop, an external drive was a must. This one is compact, portable and a great deal for the price.

I bought a Dell allin one, when I got it home I found out that it did not have a DVD drive. so I bought this one to add one. It works excellent

I bought this because the one in my laptop quit. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So for the price it has been fine so far. It does feel cheaply made but it was inexpensive.

DVD/CD drive was easy to set up with my laptop. Used it to load software and access files and pictures that are on CD. Worked well.

This hard drive works fine. I was told by Best Buy staff that it would not work with Windows XP But it works very well on that operating system.

I NEEDED THIS PRODUCT FOR THE NEW TOSHIBA SATELLITE. IT HOOKED UP QUICKLY AND IS OPERATING AS IT SHOULD. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

I wasn't sure if this was going to do the job but gave it a try knowing I could have taken it back if he didn't work. Pleased it did the job.

But it gets the job done. Didn't install any software, and I think it says you can connect it to the tv and just use it as a dvd drive too.

This product does the same thing the Apple product does. The only difference is the brand. It was very easy to install onto our Apple desk top!

With laptops phasing out disc drives, a portable like this is handy, small, and priced right ($40)
