    The case of this drive is very flimsey. I didn't think it would stand up to being hauled around in my bag. I returned it.

    When the cd/dvd tray stopped ejecting with the push of the button and stopped playing/copying files onto the computer, I bought this external driver. It appears to perform the basic functions but I would had been TOTALLY satisfied with the product if it offered the capability to copy the cd/dvd content in various formats such as mp3. Appears I will need to download another program to convert the format.
