Driver cannot not play DVD's

Was told incompatible format. There is a $20 premier driver you can buy which probably enables this. But this accessory is worthless to us as of now, and we will need to spend $20 more to make it functional. So much for the " great deal" for buying it with my new PC.

Don't buy this to watch DVDs

It's not plug and play and the CD included is useless because you have to buy/download drivers. It would be better to just hit yourself over the head with it in hopes of hallucinating the movie you are trying to watch. Worst product ever!!
