I bought it for classes I am taking. "Used" it for the first time yesterday. It doesn't work. I haven't had time to take it back. Very frustrating.

I'm not sure if it is Windows 10 or the player but sometimes it isn't recognized by my laptop. I more believe it is Windows. It is nice and slim and works.

For a basic DVD writer, it's ok. Description says it's a writer and reader but need to purchase additional software to play DVDs which is disappointing.

Don't have a lot of memory but good last minute if your not wanting to store a lot and just want the basics.

Good little portable storage. However, the read speeds for large video files are not good. I have a lot of movies stored that are simply unwatchable.

I am going to have to take the drive to Geek Squad to install. I tried and it says that it is installed but it won't play. Hopefully, it works great.

Allowed me to read a DVD into my HP Envy laptop. The drawback is that I needed to make this purchase. My laptop should have had an internal DVD drive

This product burns SLOW i like that it is slim and can fit in almost any laptop bag but the USB is just SLOW.

Return it it will as difficult to put the disc in and it was hard to eject. The item was poorly made. Like a cheap toy. Plastic and cheap metal

I bought this product to use with Windows 10 but it did not work. I was able to see the content and files but did not do what it was supposed to do.

Its a great product for cd reading in laptops. However the instruction on how to watch a dvd on it are very unclear and I still cant watch movies.

Was looking for a cheap cd player to copy some cd''s. Worked well but there was some skipping, like a broken record. Other than that it was good.

when I took it home, it wouldn't open. My computer wouldn't recognize it.

I bought it as a gift we tried to hook it up to his Mac and nothing call support from both companies and still nothing so we returned it.

It's funny what they used to charge you hundreds of dollars for now is a cheap little box that you still have to buy for some things. Bla...

Used this one time. I put it back in the box. A week later tried to use it again won't turn on. They replaced it haven't used it yet.

It is not enough to use a little ink and put on the logo that it works apple mac products. It needs to have software so it will actually work.

Maybe I had the wrong computer software to work with, but this never worked for me. I wanted something easy to use and this just was not it.

Cannot get to work with new computer I purchased at Best Buy will probably return it even tho I want it to work Ans keep but wIll not work.
