Data hops around at the slightest touch which causes errors in my document etc... Difficult to organize data. I am awaiting a visit from your Geek Squad ( at extra expense to us). It also appears some data may have been lost in the transfer .

Not working at all

I loaded the software and every time I open the computer it asks to make changes. I approved the first few times but now I will return it and order one from Dell.
