I bought this because the drive in my laptop stopped working and it's not worth replacing, but I still like to have some backups on CD and DVD. Unit is small and light, feels a little cheap but seems to work pretty good. Software took about 20 minutes to install, including updates and patches. Unit is quiet while burning but loud when it spins up and winds down. Included cable is rather short and does not have a Y adapter, but my powered USB hub is powerful enough for it to work. Burned a CD RW and a DVD RW, no problems at all. I had no problems at all with plug-and-play on Windows 10. Overall I'm happy with this unit.

I bought this to read files I could not read on my computer. I was told by the salesman and read on the box his would work, It didn't. I was unable to return it.

This drive is slim and easy to carry and use and is light weight.

Great price and works well - plug and play into Win 10 laptop. it does make a little sound when in use then goes silent. It is also very light and probably need to watch out to not stack anything on it.

This did not work with my computer which has Windows 10 installed. You cannot see until you open it that the product states it isn't compatible with 10.

Not sure if it's setup correctly because it won't play regular movies....should have bought the next one up so I can get something that actually works.

This advertised that it was compatible with Apple computers, but it is not. It will only play a regular DVD. Absolutely no writing capabilities.

This dvd player did not work with my dell laptop running windows 10.

I haven't burned a single audio CD yet that doesn't skip. I have tried different programs. It appears this burner is just junk.

Had to return it. It did not fit my new Kindle Fire HD tablet 10.1. It says universal that's why we purchased it but it wasn't.

Poorly made product. It stopped working and had to manually remove a stuck disc.

I have had so much trouble with this little gadget, my advice would just buy a laptop with an internal disc drive!

I do not know how to use this. I been having this for about 2 months. I wish it came with better instructions.

The connector was broken when we bought it. You need to carefully inspect it BEFORE you leave the store.

This is a slim line cd DVD recorder player. It did work plug and play Windows 10 for me with no issues. This is a nice looking product that did what it was supposed to do. Unfortunately, this is becoming an increasingly rare attribute in today's world

The drive worked just fine, it was just way too slow to rip CDs to my hard drive with any efficiency.

Though the label says it is Mac compatible, it does not work with the iMac. i had to return it.

Returned. I think it was defective, it never shut down. Ran all the time plugged into computer.

This paper weight wasn't able to do anything that it was supposed to. Avoid buying this item
