Worked for a little while. Now, not so much.

I figured I should pick up a USB one just in case. I found the LG model on sale and all was good for the few items I had on cd or dvd that needed installing. After that it sat on my bookshelf for several months. When I went to use it again it just sits there making a grinding noise.

Terrible!!

It just pops open at the slightest movement! Very annoying! And now it popped all they way out and broke! I only got it because my laptop disc reader went out. I expected better quality for that price. Would definitely not recommend and will definitely never buy again.

It's functional; wish cable could be stored inside

I want to take this in my computer case but need to haul along another cable just to use this. My previous DVD player had the cable nicely tucked under. I would recommend finding one that allows this.

Terrible Product

After taking over an hour to install the software that comes with the burner, it still would not work. Both times it said it was successful but nothing was on the disc. Tried again on a different computer with the exact same results. Total GARBAGE!!
