I would give it a zero if I could. This monitor stopped working after 4 months. (No video signal using USB C or HDMI) Tried it on windows pc, mac, and various laptops. It was returned to LG for repair. After 3 weeks came back, It worked for another 5 months and stopped working. I am within 1 year warranty. Just called LG, they will not issue a refund. I don't want to waste another month waiting for this monitor to possibly be repaired. Poor quality and customer service.

We loved this monitor so much but ours started to develop a pixel failure at the bottom right hand corner. We wanted a replacement and then where told we can’t get a replacement because they no more where available

Bought this item as "open box - excellent". When it arrived it was completely destroyed and the parts where in a ziplock bag. I had to return the monitor to the store. Best Buy would not honor the original sale price and would not order a replacement. Now the monitor is $300 more expensive.

Died a week after warranty ran out

This monitor died literally one week after my 1-year manufacturer's warranty expired. I called LG and they told me it would take over $400 plus tax to attempt a repair. I just threw $600 out the window on this monitor.
