It is built for everybody except the professional photographers you need the best for editing. One more thing to mention, if you have space, 27 inch is the perfect size, I had 24 inch monitor, it looks so small next to this beast.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this, but while waiting for it to be delivered to the store I read reviews of the HP Omen, Lenovo Legion Y27Q-20 and the Dell S2721DGF finding out all three of these monitors were all superior to the LG even though they all use the LG's panel. The reason is they improved LG's tech to increase the refresh rate from 144Hz to 160Hz. The order I listed the competitors is the order from least better to best. Dell being the best to buy right now and Lenovo Legion coming in 2nd. So cough up the $80-$100 more for the Legion and Dell instead of buying the LG if you want the 160Hz 10-bit DisplayPort 1.4.

Great image "Cheater" crosshair that you can enable in the menu (great for CS:GO no scope LOL) Solid standard monitor "legs" Cons: Monitor "legs" take a lot of desk space, you may need a wider table or a mount.

Excellent Monitor for Price

Darks are a bit brighter than true HDR but I prefer a brighter screen. One complaint is you have to press the power button to turn on and doesnt wake up automatically with PC power. Despite this I would highly recommend for anyone looking to game with a higher end PC.

It's a must have if you're wanting the best quality monitor for your gaming experience!
