The "Faster" response time is a joke, horrible ghosting. Wouldn't recommend for FPS and competitive players.

Light bleed and lacking brightness

I expected better quality for the price. My much cheaper AOC IPS has a better quality build and performance than this unit.

Not Rated 1440p @ 144hz on HDMI.

They are only capable of 100hz. If you are planning to run a dual PC setup and stream these are not for you. The display port side will do 1440p @ 144hz.

I currently have a 5700 with the 5700XT Bios flashed to the card and this monitor performs really well with that card, although I am not able to push it to its fullest. I am planning to upgrade to the 7900XTX in the near future to drive this at 144HTZ all the time.

I can tell you the response rate of this monitor is very fast! I play FPS games like COD and I get no input lag. On my xbox one x, I've configured it to 1440p/120HZ and it's blazingly responsive. On my PC, I'm pushing it to the max settings and it zips like a Ferrari. I highly recommend this monitor and I think LG got it right for gamers!

There are 2 flaws one should be aware of that aren't exactly dealbreakers in my eyes. 1. There is some backlight bleed on very dark/black screen. I have it in the bottom right corner of my screen and it is noticeable but the pros outweigh cons. 2. This may go for any 1440p monitor but some games when fullscreened have a wall of light pixels on the side. This is very jarring and makes it unusable but the screen can be downscaled to 1080p which has fixed it. Likely an upscaling issue.
