I got tired with my 60Hz 24-inch monitor. Looking at it all day long strained my eyes. Decided to try a 144Mhz monitor and this was on sale. Upon using it, found a big difference. My eyes were no longer strained (itchy eyes) even after a day of using it for work. Finally found my perfect monitor. Oh my pc gaming experience has greatly improved as this is mated with a 5700XT GPU.

Excellent monitor, the high refresh rate and 1440p resolution are perfect for gaming. The inclusion of G-sync and fast response time make it a great choice for competitive games like Apex Legends, CSGO, Warzone .etc. I particularly like the larger size of 27" with the high resolution for productivity. I'm able to more easily multitask between separate programs with the extra screen real estate.

I recently got this and I am amazed on how nice the screen is. I had a ultrawide and gaming on that was alright, it was max 75 hz, and going 144 hz is a huge difference. Games a vibrant and runs smooth, no issues, price is pretty high but you get what you pay for. I do think 2k is way better than 1080p on a 27 inch, it's defiantly worth going better pixels. Maybe if it was 24 inch, 1080p is fine but i'm glad I went with this.

For $450, You get a nice vivid IPS display panel with great viewing angles and low latency( it is advertised as a 1 MS panel, but the 1 MS setting called fastest or faster is virtually unplayable due to image distortion but the 3 MS setting known as fast is very good) HDR is not very bright. Sure you can buy something a bit better but for the cost it’s definitely worth it over the competition considering they’re about $200 more.

I bought this as a midway between gaming CSGO and editing (3rd monitor option for this). For gaming I have zero issues...feels really good and I went from a 240hz tn to this one. Calibrating it was frustrating because you have no RGB control for the sRGB preset, only Game1 seems to be able to do that and I was not able to get a 2 or lower delta for calibration for all patches. All my other monitors go much lower than that so while an IPS panel, there is something that prevents it from reach that level of accuracy. It is STILL good, don't get me wrong but I was surprised I didn't get better.

I love the design and the stand of this monitor. The colors are amazing and the gameplay is very smooth. I know most people buy this for gaming, but if you are like me and you want to use it for gaming and you want to connect it to a MacBook. Then, I would not recommend it, because the scaling will be off. I called LG support and they told me it is because of the USB-C adapter and it needs to be connected directly to my laptop via HDMI. Since all new Mac laptops have only USB-C input, this wouldn't work. Other than that it's great to monitor and I'll definitely recommend it.

I picked up a open box so it was a great deal. It came without a power cord so I had to buy one. I am using two of these monitors & the quality of these are amazing. The only complaint is that it does not have HDMI 2.1 the 144Hz & 2K with HDR really stand out when you’re playing with a compatible game & running a GPU that can take full advantage of the specs of this monitor.

Picture quality is nice. The colors are good and smooth with 144hz display.

I am barely getting into photography, but I wanted a color accurate display for editing, once I want to get more serious editing done and I love to game so all signs pointed to this monitor. I also heard really good things about HDR content so I was pretty excited to check out the "amazing HDR" quality I heard so much about. The HDR on this monitor is a joke and should be kept off, but it's still a great monitor and worth the cost! Wouldn't recommend it to any gamer who doesn't really need the color accuracy, there are better values with lower standards (especially among TN panels.) PS the stand doesn't have swivel and it's really not important, but its frustrating it doesn't have it at this price.

Best 1440p monitor for the price. I've had it about a month now and am loving it. Crisp, bright, viewable at all angles because of the IPS panel, and the HDR is great. It won't be the best HDR you see in terms of brightness and deep blacks because it only goes up to 450 nits, but the 10bit color alone is worth it. Only real grip I have is you can't swivel the monitor left to right.

Really love this monitor. Before this I had an ASUS ROG monitor with g sync but it was at panel so it never looked very vibrant color wise. This LG really pops, there a ton of bunch of different display options to get the look and color shades you want, and it just looks and works perfectly. If you're on the fence, just do yourself a favor and get this, you won't regret it.

Using the fast preset there's no appreciable latency or ghosting. Overall color quality is significantly better than my previous monitor. 1ms the is for fastest setting, which introduces ghosting, but the fast setting is more than responsive enough. I haven't encountered the backlight issue some reviewers are reporting, but I don't usually use this in a dark room.

Incredible monitor for the price. Yes, monitors are expensive in general. But this is well worth the price. Looks fantastic. G-Sync and Freesync work wonderfully. And if you're worried about the red accents on the back, you barely see them when it's all set up. Btw set up is also super easy even though the instructions can be unclear. Don't overthink it like me. Great monitor!

Really fantastic monitor! I have the 4K version of the same one and bought this one as a gift for my spouse. They use it with their new gaming rig (Ryzen 7 3700x and RTX 3070). Works like a dream, zero issues, perfection :). As an aside, HDR on a monitor is a bit overrated. HDR looks much better on an OLED. Still, not using HDR, this monitor is highly recommended!

A bit pricy, but is a beautiful monitor and great for gaming. My only issue with this is that the stand it comes with is not too great. You can't get the monitor any lower than about 4 inches off of the desk, and it takes up a lot of space on the desk, the stand is very deep. If you have a small desk, you might end up with the monitor being too close to your face.

One of the best monitors I have owned by far! The colors on this IPS panel is outstanding. Especially coming from 1080p this 1440p monitor makes it seem like 4K! I haven’t experience anything like it the build quality is also very pristine! I would suggest this for an upgrade from just 1080p for sure and anyone that is looking for a very fast and color accurate monitor!

Amazing Monitor. I went from a Dell 60hz to this... Night and day difference. If you love gaming... This is a monitor for you. 2k looks great without needing a HUGE video card like a 4k screen requires. High refresh is amazing. I seen a difference just with normal Windows use.
