It's The same as the GN950-B but with an HDMI 2.1 port. Works well with my PS5 and is excellent for watching movies!

Item A got delivered no problem! Item B changed to delayed instead. The holiday weekend would get in the way of a next day delivery if rescheduled. The issue arose on 1/2/2024 as the delivery date now changed to 1/13/2024. The item was still available to purchase with next day delivery according to the website. I had to chat with two different agents online because the first was useless and said nothing could be done since the price had increased since the day of purchase. The second agent recommended i purchase instore instead, even though the item was still available for next day delivery. After unnecessary back and forward, the agent finally came to their senses and asked a supervisor if they could price match and I repurchase the exact same item. Well I repurchased the item for delivery 1/6/2024. So now I had Item B delayed with delivery date of 1/13/2024, and Item C with delivery of 1/6/2024. Well MAGICALLY, both item B and C now showed out for delivery on 1/3/2024. To my surprise only the replacement (Item C) was delivered via FedEx. Item be was marked delivered but no where to be found! I gave it until 1/6/2024 just incase. I requested a refund for Item B, well by 1/7/2024 I received notification that my REPLACEMENT was on its way but DELAYED! Well it has been none stop chatting with agents, each more incompetent than the previous from then until today. They all have a different story of how the refund process works. I find it to be an embarrassment what Best Buy considers customer service. It is almost a month not and I do not have the original item in hand or my money. How much longer do I need to wait? I need resolution immediately! $661.99 can not just be floating around with no explanation to me. I have since decided to return item C as well as I do not want any more business with Best Buy at this point until this is resolved!

This could easily be a 5 star monitor if not for this issue. Purchased warranty for it. I don't know if its normal for this monitor to have this issue, or i can change ir out thru warranty.
