    Still waiting on my monitor. Ordered Nov 22nd. Scheduled to be delivered Nov 26th. I've called Best Buy TODAY and I've been hung up on TWO TIMES. I just want my monitor or my money back. Oh, if you want to suggest checking with UPS.. IVE DONE THAT. SEVERAL TIMES. You can't track something that hasn't been given to UPS yet. The shipping label has been printed and that's it. What a joke. Send my monitor or my money back.

      A helpful first step is to check that the monitor’s power cable and adapter are securely connected and that the outlet is functioning. If the power LED is on but the screen remains blank, try connecting the monitor to a different device or using another cable (HDMI/DisplayPort) to rule out signal issues. Performing a power reset—unplugging the monitor for 5 minutes and then reconnecting—can sometimes clear internal faults.     What a joke! My 10 year old 23" Dell monitors SMOKE these pieces of garbage! LG is SOOO generous they actually give you a power cord that is 4 feet long? Good luck with that! These pieces of garbage are going RIGHT BACK. Picture quality is so ridiculously bad that 10 year old 60 HZ monitors are three times as crisp! Caveat Emptor!

    Pick up employee was extremely rude. Started to get me a attitude when I asked why I wasn't notified when it came in. Also not being able to call my local store is almost a deal breaker for me ... Very disappointed in service from employee

    Perfect upgrade for gaming setups

    Upgraded my gaming monitor from an ASUS VG248QE to this, and it's been amazing so far! No complaints! Initially took a little adjusting with the monitor settings to get the colors right, out of the box things looked slightly dull and pale, but it didn't take long to fix. Would definitely recommend this monitor!

    Great for PS5

    Image quality is great; QHD makes images sharp, and the colors pop (although I dont know if they're accurate or not). And, since it has HDMI 2.1 ports, it is compatible with VRR and 120hz on the PS5. Coming from an old monitor that was 1080p and only supported the PS5 at 60hz, this was a literal game changer for me.

    Would not recommend LG products

    Don’t expect the manufacturer to assist you if you have issues with the panel the first day of purchase. First, they refused to assist me at all and ended the call on me stating to contact Best Buy. I reached back out to them to inform them that Best Buy did not have any in stock in order to exchange. They then stated that they themselves, as the manufacturer would not exchange it and instead told me that my only option is to send it to them, wait 7 days for it to be repaired, and then they would send it back. They stated they could not replace it until I have attempted to have it repair. I got it on the 11th, today is the 17th. I obviously returned it instead and went with HP. First LG monitor, will never buy another again. I’ll be sticking with the companies that stick to PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripheral.

    Over-Selling Limited Quantity

    Purchased this monitor during black friday. After a week, I spoke with a supervisor at my local Best Buy and she told me the product was out of stock and Best Buy is awaiting more inventory to fulfill my order. How was I able to purchase it when there wasnt any stock to begin with?
