Much better than Lcd
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the best panel I've used so far, will never be going back to a non Oled panel the colors and brightness look amazing. The dual mode comes in handy to for when you really want to crank out some fps in 1080P.

Best monitor on the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great monitor, the semi-matte oled helps eye strain a decent amount compared to the QD-OLED. 480hz and a design that looks professional and minimalist. The only monitor that fits my needs that’s currently available on the market at the moment.

Dual purpose monitor
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best monitor for both worlds. If you want fast competitive gaming or dive in to the beautiful 4k immersion this is the monitor. I like more of a matte screen so i chose this monitor and you cant go wrong with lg.

Great OLED display
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely gorgeous display, the option for a higher refresh rate leads to insanely smooth gameplay. Understated design, absolutely worth the purchase if you are looking for an OLED monitor

Amazing 2in1
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a 24” 360hz monitor to this is just amazing. The 240hz at 4k and 1080p at 480hz is amazing I thought the quality would be bad at 1080 but it isn’t. It feels two monitors in one. The integrated speaker sounds great and not cheap.

OLED for gaming
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High quality monitor perfect for gaming. Perfect blacks provide amazing contrast and are a noticable improvement for me over similar spect VA or IPS panels. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in speakers quality as well and in my small office I don't feel the need for extra desk speakers.

Great Monitor but maybe not necessary
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my primary monitor on my gaming setup it's great for the most part, the only thing I don't like really is that it often changes the size of my open windows when it goes to sleep it's not a big deal, but it's a little annoying I think it has somehting to do with the ability to change between 4k and FHD, but I'm not sure. The other thing I'd say is I bought this at the same time as my top of the line gaming PC and I thought it sounded great to be able to switch to 1080 for games where speed matters but in reality I don't ever do it. Not that it's hard or anything just my setup is fast enough by default, 480HZ is overkill at least from my perception I don't see any difference other than the resolution in responsiveness at full settings in any game I play.

Great value!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got mine through open box for 780 bucks in total after tax and i got to say this display is incredible. For this price point nothing can beat it, unless you need a QD-display instead of matte. Colors are great and text clarity are even better. I saw it go even lower for open box excellent condition so keep your eyes out for those good deals!

A++++ Image Quality and response! Would buy again!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE THIS MONITOR!!!! I don't use this in 480hz mode ever. I cannot review that part of this monitor, but for 4k gaming..... Chef's Kiss. Response time is great. I am coming from a 27 inch IPS 165hz monitor... This thing kills it. The colors and the blacks make everything look better. I picked this up as a open box. I don't know why anyone would have returned it. I am glad that they did!

HDR clips at 600 in W11 & black levels are crush
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HDR clips at 600 in games & the Windows calibration app on W11 w/ Gamer 1/2 modes. The only time you can get HDR above 600 in Windows is if you use RTS/FPS/Vivid mode where it locks you out off multiple picture settings, raises to sharpness to terrible levels (can't adjust it), has absolute terrible colors & applies some sort of DTM where it will then clip at 2800. Clearly not normal. HDR also introduces black crush. This can be confirmed w/ a black level NIT test pattern made for HDR via YouTube. You can also confirm this in the Windows HDR calibration app where the image will disappear even at 0.1150. The black level image is supposed to disappear at .0100 like every other LG OLED. The only way to fix this is to raise black stabilizer from 50 to 75+ but then it raises all black levels to IPS like levels. Rushed to the market. These issues need to be address in a firmware update. Extremely disappointed.

Top gaming
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good monitor for gaming and watching the occasional movie. Yes the matte screen can be a let down for many but for me it’s perfect and I think that’s not a deal breaker. The 480hz is def a game changer and makes it easier with a change of a button

Best of Both Worlds
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this monitor. I am currently comparing it to the ASUS model that has the same panel. The dual mode feature works very well and is pretty seamless. The speakers are also very good on this monitor when comparing to external options.

A great all arounder display
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a monitor that is pretty good at doing it all. Not necessarily the very best in a single category. Except for maybe one thing that is very important to me. Text. I can't stand fuzzy lines on text. Because this is a WOLED display text looks as good as it does on my iPhone screen, but on a 32" display. So it looks good from 2 feet away. It looks good at 12 feet away. Of course this looks amazing watching video in HDR and Gaming in HDR. One thing you will want to do as soon as you get this monitor home is update to the latest firmware by going here. Because the V1 firmware is not good enough. https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-monitor-how-to-update-monitor-firmware-CT32009622-20153819322140 The fit and finish is a 9 out of 10. For a 10 it needs to be aluminum which it is not.

Grossly Overpriced, but Also Nearly Perfect
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing is perfect, but it's hard to give this monitor anything but five stars. Contrast and motion clarity are perfect, of course. HDR could perhaps be a be more accurate, as could SDR color accuracy out of the box. But at least blacks are purple in a well lit room as they are on QD-OLED monitors. The Asus version is a bit more accurate and has more ports, but that crazy stand takes up a lot of space I need. The biggest gripe I have would have to be how obscenely overpriced all OLED monitors are right now.

Best Gaming Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After trying the 240hz 2k panel LG offers, as well as the 360hz Samsung one, I decided on this monitor and I couldn’t be happier! This one is noticeably brighter than the other WOLED, and the dual mode works way better after a firmware update. The QLED had brighter colors, but I really wanted the 4k mode for zombies and then 480hz for any FPS games. I have an rtx 4070 ti super which handles nearly every game with DLSS at 4k. Could use a GPU upgrade, but it’s still hitting the frames I need so meh. The only downside against the 240hz is no remote. I honestly hated the remote at first, but now I miss it lmao. It makes switching your settings wayyyy faster. LG put the remote for the 4k monitor, not the 2k gaming one, since the price point kind of demands one.

Great monitor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best monitors I’ve bought to date. Easy setup as most are. If you’re not using a wall/desk mount the stand it comes with is definitely sturdy enough compared to others I’ve seen.
