I absolutely love this new monitor! Couldnt of asked for a better one.

I purchased this LG UltraGear 32" OLED monitor for $1,087 in October 2024. After less than 7 months of normal use, it developed burn-in. For a monitor at this price point with a 2-year burn-in warranty, this is unacceptable. The Support Experience Was Misleading: ● Spent 1.5-2 hours on chat support, only to be given false information. ● Was told repeatedly that I could go to my local Best Buy and a manager might make an exception for a return. ●When I went to the store, they told me this was completely false and that "chat agents lie about this often". ●Cannot even call my local store directly. All calls route through the same outsourced support that gave me incorrect information. The "Solution" Is No Solution: The only option offered was to send it in for repair, which could take weeks. I need this monitor for work, making this completely impractical. More importantly, if it developed burn-in in just 7 months, what's to stop it from happening again after repair? I don't want to be stuck in a repair cycle every 6-7 months until the warranty expires. For almost $1100, I expected a monitor that would last years, not months. Save your money and choose a different technology that won't develop permanent image retention after half a year of normal use.

Bought in November '24, here in Aug '25 I am yet again without the monitor for weeks, while they attempt to fix it for the 3rd time. LG has the worst customer support I've ever experienced. The monitor can't seem to handle the 240hz at 4k bandwidth. The 1st time they "fixed" it, when it was returned, it seemed to have a stable connection for all of about 2 hours before the screen started flickering often. After the 2nd time they "fixed" it, it actually seemed to truly be fixed. For a couple of months.... The issue returned. I attempted to get them to replace it with a fresh one this time. However, the only way to communicate with them is via chat. The only people who seem to handle these chats are low level employees with no decision making power, less that fluent grasp of the English language, and apparently nobody above them who can assist in any way. The only option, ever, is to send it in. They collect very vague information about the symptoms, never follow up to receive more detail during the repair process, and eventually ship it back to you with fingers crossed. They now have it for the 3rd time, since that is the only option they provide if it doesn't work, seemingly forever until the warranty runs out. I suspect that is their goal, to keep "fixing" it until I have no more warranty. Currently on the LG website under my account, it now says that the reason is for "No Power." I never told anyone that it had no power. Like I said, English understanding is rough on their part. I cannot add any detail myself. Likely they will receive it (for the 3rd time), plug it in and see that there is indeed power, call it good and ship it back as a faulty monitor again. Then I can do the same thing for the 4th time, with more of the same results. It's the definition of CRAZY!!! Avoid at all costs. Buy any other brand.

Great gaming monitor, looks fantastic on your desk even better if you have a white setup.

Way deeper blacks than the Samsung 32 G8 oled!! And without the stupid TV os!

If you’re GPU can handle 4k just buy it! Don’t need to use 1080p as it sucks

The dynamic range delivers as promised. It is beautiful. The PPI is okay, could be better, but you know that going in given the resolution and size. The stand handles portrait and landscape well. It’s a great display.

Great monitor for gaming with my PS5 as well as productivity with my MacBook Pro. Love the 32in size.

This thing is vibrant! Love the colors, and just the right size. Thought it would be too big for gaming coming from a 22 inch. But it does not disappoint. Worth every penny. Speakers aren’t great but I use headphones or external speakers anyways.

Love the execution. Even though my was defective out of the box when I saw it in person I was very excited about it. OLED is still very expensive in a monitor, you can get a very similar product in a tv for the same price.

This monitor has been amazing! Breathtaking graphics when paired with my rtx 4070ti pc! Definitely recommend buying one!

Overall I love it. Software is lackluster and the screen flashes black for a second sometimes.

This is a great monitor. I ended up returning for an Asus PG32ucdm because it is slightly brighter and has a glossy screen.
