I switched from owning a regular LED monitor to this and let me tell you, the difference is night and day. The OLED screen paired with HDR makes every single game I play feel like a totally different experience. Seeing true black while also having vibrant visuals, along with the ultra-wide display of 1440p makes you feel like every penny you spent on this monitor is worth it. Two cons I have come across with this monitor are the vertical lines I randomly get when booting up after not gaming for a few days. But this problem can easily get fixed when going into the monitor settings and selecting screen cleaning. It takes only a few minutes and your screen is back to normal. Second con is text clarity. This might sway people away, especially if their intention with the monitor is for work (typing and reading, especially against white backgrounds). The fix I found for this is in your Windows settings.

The screen is great and the base is sturdy. I like that it has a usb c port so I can directly plug my macbook into it. Every now and then the screen gets noticable vertical lines but if you do the 10 minute screen cleaning function through the OSD it goes away. This is concerning to me but could also just be some feature of newer OLEDS, my Samsung TV has never done this though. Time will tell that's why I'm docking a star.

Works really good I really liked it, is a good price quality monitor, if you have lines in your screen you will probably need to do a oled cleaning from the menu of the monitor, just needs calibration most of the times

Never used an ultrawide monitor and I would never go back. I needed something for both gaming and work, and this was a perfect choice. It’s very well made, has plenty of connection options, and the picture is bright and clear. My only regret is waiting so long to upgrade from my last gaming monitor.

I recently purchased an LG curved monitor, and overall, I’m very impressed with the experience. The curved design really enhances immersion, especially when gaming or working on multiple windows. Another standout feature is how sleek and modern the design is. It fits well into my workspace and doesn’t take up too much room despite the larger display. Setup was straightforward, and the on-screen controls are user-friendly. On the downside, the built-in speakers (if included in your model) are just average, so I’d recommend external speakers or headphones for better audio. Also, depending on the model, adjusting the stand can be a bit limited. Overall, the LG curved monitor offers great value for the price. It’s a solid choice for both productivity and entertainment, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their setup.

The look of this monitor is so sleek. The RGB on the back is clean, the WQHD OLED screen is perfect for both multitasking and gaming. This is the best purchase I have made for boosting productivity.

I'm going to keep it straight to the point. This monitor looks great, especially at first, for gaming and videos. But as you use it for anything other than gaming or media, that's when it starts to look very bad. The text quality is unacceptable for even the discounted price (got mine for 800ish after tax). The refresh rate is great; 240hz with near instant response time is amazing for games that can actually use all those frames the panel can display. Though, I'm coming from a relatively fast 160hz IPS panel, and the difference was slightly smoother. I'll say it like this: going from 160 to 240 didn't feel much different, but going from 240 back to 160 felt slightly less smooth. I will say, that unless your PC can output a consistent 240 fps in games, you would otherwise be wasting your money here since you wouldn't be using the 240 hz. This is an OLED panel so the blacks and dark colors look great, but I personally didn't see a difference in normal or lighter colors, just the darker ones. It's important to note that I am colorblind so this may just be due to that fact and the game's limitations in which I got this monitor for (overwatch). While I was extremely eager to snag this monitor, I was left disappointed. It was supposed to be an upgrade but I found myself choosing things to like about it despite the things I didn't. My PC with near latest hardware couldn't keep at steady 240 fps which meant dips down to 180 and what not really made this feel bad. When you're spending near 1k for a monitor upgrade, you would obviously want to feel like you're getting an upgrade. This, for me, felt like I was tiny upgrade to black and dark colors for 800 bucks... Not a great thing for me. Seeing the non gaming use was awful for when I was actually trying to get work done. I was extremely disappointed but I ended up returning this monitor because it didn't feel like the right upgrade. Maybe in the future I will revisit the newer generations of OLED monitors, but at this time, the technology still needs more work.

I got this on sale, it’s my first OLED and ultrawide, the jump to this from my last monitor is insane. Games are absolutely gorgeous and I don’t see myself being able to go back to 16x9. The curve may sound extreme, but to me it’s perfect.

Beautiful color expression, sharp and clear text and amazing response. I am still getting used to the wrap around effect which is kind of growing on me. Still a little to curvy but im sticking with it. One thing to note, decent frame rate drop due to the extra pixels being powered by the gpu. This will eventually be awesome on a sim rig!

Years ago I moved from Samsung to LG this brand is being good and it's a strong so I decided to try the monitor for the computer and honestly, I love i am a designer and everything is working nice and smooth. So this monitor is incredible really nice for my needs and it works perfectly. And also I know if I play some games with it. It's going to be an amazing monitor. I do use Willcom and Coreldraw at the same time so the width is perfect, Fast response with my Nvidia 4090 video card, the speakers have a decent sound, so I am very happy with it.

Good monitor, color is good and the responds time is good. Gaming on 240hz is just snappy. The issue I did not keep the monitor is because of the curvature. 800R is too much for such a small monitor. It make sense for larger monitors but not 34”. The monitor has a clean design and over good quality build. I end up getting the LG 45” instead. Good amount more work space and the usage immersion is way better for not much more money.

More than happy with my purchase. The screen is beautiful, and the curve of the screen isn’t a big deal for me. My main use cases are everyday tasks, some gaming, and editing of content. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Hands down the best monitor I’ve ever owned or seen!! The curvature is perfect and immersive. I’ve always had tvs and loved the oled on it, so I knew an lg gaming monitor would be even better.

This is a great monitor great for the price. The stand is non intrusive and solid if you wanna put things on top of it compared to those wide stands. The screen quality is amazing. What could make these monitors better if they offered software for all the OLED LG monitors. However, it is amazing as it is.
