Im writing this off of the fact that my monitor is still in the box. I went to my friends house today to deliver a cheesecake for him to have for Thanksgiving, and he bought this monster 2 days ago. He was playing Escape from Tarkov which by default is a dull toned game even with post fx on. He was standing on streets and everything just popped more than i thought it could. Right then and there i told him im going to go get this same monitor and i did. Lg is always really solid so i know what i saw was just baseline. Ill add to this review once ive plugged it in and played fkr a while.

This monitor is absolutely amazing. It’s got gorgeous visuals that really can’t be beat. I was between this and a Neo G9. After seeing the two sides by side there is no comparison. The g9 looks washed out and the local dimming has massive blooming spots. The LGs more vertical space and an aggressive curve provides an incredibly immersive experience. My original hesitation was the lower pixel density and I will admit I do notice it in a very few specific situations (white search bar with black text). This chargers with media and games and becomes a total non issue. Small downside to pay for the immense immense upside oh having such a pretty picture

I found this monitor on a big sale price by accident just walking through the store. I had to jump on it. I found a single dead pixel show up after 2 yrs. It's negligible to most eyes when I showed it to others. Maybe its ME but, its there. I love this monitor,... I'll buy again. Just too lazy to deal with what most won't see.

Its so fast and big and emmersive. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to use it to code on, but it looks awesome no matter where I put the coding window. Using vscode.

Really good graphics, good gaming monitor couldn’t ask for more honestly especially with these new game graphics out of this world quality.

I am really enjoying this for my graphic design work. I can have so many windows open at the same time. The fact that it is optimised for gaming and video makes my presentations with video for business incredible to create with. It's sturdy and well-made. It's worth the price compared to other monitors I researched. Best Buy staff really assisted me in all my options and knew what they were talking about with all the monitors they had there. My salesperson carried out the box for me and put it into my car without me having to ask for assistance. VIP treatment in Parker, CO. Very happy.

Oh man did my bf love unwrapping this for his bday. This monitor is massive and extremely nice! I bought it during a holiday sale and saved $500, which was a small motivation on why I should buy it vs in the future. We stood in best buy for what seemed like an hour just staring at it. I finally gave in, in secret and decided to buy it online & it came intact. The quality is 10/10 and the overall display is really good too. I haven’t had a chance to get on it myself- don’t see that happening anytime soon either, but I’d say it was definitely worth the buy.

The size, curve, and panel type of this monitor were prefect. The only thing is the resolution being 3440x1440 at this size is just too small. If the price were lower or the resolution higher I feel like this would be the best monitor out there.

The monitor is full of color and has decent peak brightness. Although it's a 3440x1440 resolution it's slightly a visual issue since you're sitting back a little from the monitor. I would have assumed that the resolution would hinder it's display seeing that it's 45 inches but I was wrong. You have to sit super close to notice any pixels. It's a great buy and if you're interested in the market for one of these, it's a definite buy. The one thing I like about it most is that LG puts health settings on the monitor to saver the OLED panel from pixel retention aka burn.

Great service and the monitor is amazing to look at. The quality is better than any other out there. The curve is perfect.

It has just made me realize the jump to oled ihdr is so worth it if you have a good pc. Only regret is i wish was 4k.
