    I purchased this monitor to replace a lg 48" oled c1 that started screen tearing in the lower half of the screen after only two years of use. I expected the lg ultragear monitor to be a upgrade from the c1, but the lg c1 had alot better picture quality, and the ultragear monitor flickers so badly it is unplayable. Tried four different display port cables and two different 2.1 hdmi cables to no avail. I expected more from a monitor at this price point.

    LG 45in curved monitor (so far/so frustrating)

    Cannot get any headset (gamer type or other) to work with the 3.5 mm in/output, When I see video from either HDMI port I cannot then hear from my external speakers...When I do hear from any external speaker I cannot see either video port.........Getting really frustrating!

    Too Big and Flimsy

    Display came with a big crack where it curves a lot. The curve is so big it takes up a lot of depth space also. I didn’t like the fact that it was broken and was worried about it’s sturdiness.

    Don't buy if you're used to 4k

    I bought this on the recommendation of the salesman in store. I wanted a nice display for my new 4090. Hated it, text was not clear. My eyes are too used to 4k quality. I returned for a LG G3.

    Wont let you change most settings and had to reboot to get devices to work! Curve was way too much

    Remote is it's worst feature

    Preordered mine and when I picked it up in store I was given someone else's order, wasn't until I got home I got a phone call from best buy about it, oh well, didn't think much of it at first. Comes with a remote which the monitors settings can only be accessed through. Put brand new batteries in it and is responsive less than 10% of the time. I ask best buy about it, they say call LG, I call LG they send me to their parts distributor, I call them and no one ever answers. Just a shame it's a good monitor aside from it's impossible to replace parts I guess.

    Best Buy does not verify condition of used items

    Best Buy advertised a LG UltraGear 45" monitor that was used as in "Excellent" condition meaning all parts were there and no problems with it. Well, they didn't verify that all the parts were there. It was missing the remote. I took it back for a refund since it Best Buy did not do their job correctly creating a fraudulently advertised sale.

    There are so many good things to say abt it but the one negative is more personal that the product. I bought it for my brother and he is getting constant headaches from it..

    The pixel density on this monitor is so bad it makes it unusable. The matte finish on the monitor makes it looks strange as well. I strongly advise against purchasing this monitor.

    I got ripped off! I purchased this opened boxed for $1400 original price was $1699 and the price drop the day after I bought to $1299. The sales person did not know the details on the product. He told me it came with speakers and there is no speakers he said it didn’t come with a remote but it did and it wasn’t given to me.

    I kept this a few days and returned it. After using LG C1 as a monitor I expected so much more from this. Great size, love the curve. The pixel density is horrible and the brightness is a joke

    I brought the monitor a month ago applications to bleed through if you use wallpaper engine, I highly recommend not to buy this product It is horrible. And the worst experience I’ve ever had with a 4090.

    Purchased this monitor to pair with my Alienware Aurora R15 and I’m just not seeing the quality the product promised. For its price all you’re really getting is a bigger screen, I had better performance on my 35’ screen.

    It only worked for a day. Second day i had it it wouldnt stay powered on for more than 30 seconds and had a bunch of verticle lines on it when it was on.

    Bad quality video. Poor resolution. It alway switches to hdmj one if the laptop goes to sleep then yiu have to find the small remote to use
