This is simply amazing on all levels. Gaming, streaming, movies you name it. If you do not own own of these you are missing out.

I went home and research that monitor verses others and went and purchased this one the next day. Really happy with the quality and features. A amazing size screen for editing photos and watching videos. Would purchase again or might purchase a second for my other work station. Bonus super easy to assemble. Photo shows my other monitor and you can clearly see the size difference.

I put quite a few hours on it and looks as good as is did the first day. Was easy to set up. Be sure to use the hdmi cord supplied with it . I paid for a high quality one and it wouldn’t work with it. Must use supplied cord.

What lacks, as do many OLED panels, is brightness. During the day it is something I would appreciste having, but in evening its just fine. I had previously been using an Apple Studio Display, which is 5K and has brightness. What lacks is screen real eatate, and this 45” OLED panel takes care od that issue. Well-made, from personal observation. Burn/in issues minimized periodic pixel-shift that can be set automatically. I would still have a protection plan just in case. Overall a great purchase.

However, after doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to buy this monitor. I had read some people saying that 1440p was not a high enough resolution for a 45in screen, but this seems to be unfounded. This screen is a beast and takes your gaming experience to the next level! I bought this from Best Buy knowing I could return it if I wasn’t satisfied, but this screen is magical, you have to see it to believe it!

Incredible motion clarity, immersive curvature, ultra fast refresh, inky oled blacks. Lots of discourse over pixel density. However, at adequate viewing distances this becomes a non-issue. Using it for 80% gaming and 20% productivity. The picture by picture feature is great for splitting between inputs when working. LG has the best and most well developed OLED panel technologies and is the defacto choice when looking for an OLED display wether it’s a gaming monitor or a television.

You’ll have an immersive and fun experience with it (make sure to have a graphics card that can extract as much as possible from it like 3000 series NVIDIA cards) However due to the size and resolution, the PPI and text rendering in windows is just not good for any kind of productivity work even with using some of the software trick available like MacType..The aggressive curve doesnt help that either. TLDR: amazing, immersive, colorful experience in gaming.compromised experience eveyrthwere else.
