I bought a open box i regretted buying a open box to save a couple of bucks , i retunred it since it had some lines going down the middle . I bought a new one for about 1200 before tax and i will never go back again i kove ny monitors

The is honestly one of my best purchases, loved it so much I bought 2 and the fact that I got an amazing deal on them was even better, In love with the graphics, I don’t know how I did anything else. Love the usb- c cable it came with. The sound quality is pretty decent too!

This must be the best monitor I need for productivity and gaming! Not too small, not too big. I can work on 2 different apps at the same time, saving me time switching from window to window. Single display, no need to setup dual monitor, so no cable management needed. It puts you inside your game and with the 800 R curve, it doesn't look weird at all unlike flat screens.

I bought this monitor as a open box and oy is amazing. It has great picture no dents or dings and runs super smooth. I would recommend this product hands down.

This monitor was easy to setup and has lots of customization in the monitor settings. After using it for about one week I have noticed it will begin to flicker after prolonged use and it seems to indicate that the monitor needs to be turned off and it completes the screen cleaning to prevent burn in and then the monitor is good for a few more hours.

Amazing, the color is beautiful, crisp resolution despite people saying the PPI isn’t enough. It definitely is enough and more. Gameplay feels crazy when you’re “locked in,” taking “immersive” to a whole new level.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Wish I could review and give zero stars because that's honestly what this monitor needs. Bought this monitor on release day for $1699 plus tax. Got it home and all was well. Didn't really have any issues until 34 days after purchase (of course it was outside the return period) monitor started flickering violently while in game. Chatted with LG customer support and they said to unhook power cable and hold the power button for 15 seconds to do a hard reset. The monitor will then work for a week without issues then begin flickering again. So LG finally came to the conclusion that it needed repaired. They wouldn't send me a box because they didn't have a box big enough for the monitor. None of the local shipping businesses had boxes that it would fit in either. I was told to go to Lowe's and tape some boxes together to rig up my own big box but also that I would be responsible for any shipping damages while in transit. I ended up buying a giant plastic tote and bubble wrap for $85 and sent it off. They've had my monitor since June 30th and said that the parts needed to repair it are backordered and if it's not fixed by July 31th they will offer an alternate solution. This has been nothing but a headache from the start. Buy the Alienware monitor instead. This one will give you nothing but issues. Clearly they've had issues out of this monitor. Why else would the price drop from $1699 to $1099 after a month of being released.

I really enjoy this monitor, it is lovely and fast. Can play 2 consoles on 1 tv or watch tv and play a game at yhe same time. Love it.
