The disc loaded and played for 3 seconds before returning to the home screen. I tried again, same issue. I tried another bluray disc I know works on Sony and Samsung players, same issue. Finally I tried an older DVD, and still the same issue occurred. I called LG customer service, they recommended I return the player, and that's what I intend to do. The price of this player was so good, I thought maybe I had a lemmon. So I went out and bought a replacement. Same issue. If you are looking at this product, save some time and move on to the next.

Wish it had a card reader

I was disappointed to find it has to hardwired into the main internet unit (can't think of what it is called). Ours is far away from the living room. This was not useable for us. Returned. Disappointed.

I plan on returning it. Might try another one of the same model to see if it's just something with this particular one but if it continues obviously I will return and buy something different.
