    Picture quality was good, but had to return. The unit I received seemed to have gotten hot or was molded badly. The disk drawer would drag when opened and the case had a hump look to it.

    Bought this because of price point and reviews. Had to exchange it twice; image would go black for a brief moment during the movie on both units. Not sure if it was something with the player or my tv. Went with a sony unit and did not have the same problem.

    Bought this and had to return about a week later. Some disks just wouldn't play. I had high speed cables, and tried all troubleshooting on the LG website, to no avail. I may have gotten a lemon, but I replaced it with a Sony.

    Does not have wifi which of course the buyer has to be aware of. Technically the buyer is paying for the features s/he gets. Two stars only because it was sold as a “deal”. If you are ok with the wired connection, then it is not a bad player for the price.

    Does not sync with latest lg tv 70uj6570

    Bought 70 inch latest lg tv 70uj6570 and this DVDs player Dvd Player works well but tv remote does not work with this DVDs player After trying all the 9 setup options for lg remote types returned it to Best Buy Lg should do better job

    Believe it or not, never used in 2 years after purchased. We moved right after buying and never hooked up with TV. 2 years finally everything ready to go, connected everything hooked up and guess what that sucker don't work. There is no response at all on player. Don't see any lights going on/off tray does not come out. Like it's a complete dead piece. Wasted $85 as now it's 2 years I can't even claim warranty

    Had trouble with unit and was lead to believe would get a refund sice it was under $100.00, well a little over 2 weeks later was told wouldnt get a refund, would have to send it in first to see if it could be repaired. In the meantime i had bought another blu ray player. Always had good luck with lg in the past, will defiantly be hesitant about buying any more of their products going forward.

    Could not use remote easily, had to press keys 2 - 4 times to get anything to happen. /seemed like you had to point it directly at the Blu-Ray player. and no apps?

    Got a lemon

    It was hooked up directly to a TCL 49S515 with a premium cable. Would start up fine, and play a 4K disk for a bit, but at some point, the picture would freeze / skip. A bunch of video noise, like a satellite signal during bad weather. Did it for every 4K disk. Exchanged it for another brand player. The other player hasn't blurped yet.

    I ordered this while we were in the process of moving, had it shipped to the new house. Got my TV set up and plugged in this player. Finally got a chance tonight to sit down and use it and it don’t even work. The one time in my life I don’t try something right after I plug it in and it don’t work and now I can’t even return it. Brand new never used and doesn’t work. Wow!!!! Total junk
