This unit plays 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD discs without issues. The price that I paid was incredible for a player that does all the basics in fine order. Get one while they are on sale.

I played the waiting game on getting a 4k Blu Ray player and it paid off. Now this doesn't have any smart features but it gets the job done. Upgrades standard Blu Ray discs perfectly. So happy with the purchase.

If you are looking for a great, easy to set up Blu Ray with 4K, this a good purchase. It doesn’t have smart capability or WiFi, but it is not necessary for most setups. My only complaint is the remote is a bit limited.

Would not have expected the performance that this player puts out. Don't let the size, simple design and weight deter you. Replacement for a Sony player that failed within a month.

I have been shopping for awhile for a quality 4K blu-ray player at a good price. This one hit the mark. LG quality, great picture and connects well with my QLED Samsung TV.

Discs play very fast and even keep their place if you stop and start again. Image quality is pretty good. Blu ray upconverted to 4K. Played an Ultra DVD but didn't really notice a huge difference in quality. I have a Sony 4K receiver and Sony 4K TV. Was going to buy the Sony 4K DVD player but it was $50-$100 more than this model player. Pretty pleased with my purchase.

Was Easy setup with lots of features. Works with my LG TV automatically! Up scales regular HD nearly to UHD and makes movies pop.

This product has an awesome picture quality on an Ultra High Def big screen television! I would reccomend this product to beginners for it's ease of use.

This is a simple 4k blue-ray player. I wasn't impressed by the look of it when I opened the box, but it works well and the 4k movies I've watch they all look very nice so that's what it is more important.

I bought a 4K player at another store (not an LG player) and it cost $199 plus tax. This LG player works better and is a better fit for my LG 4K TV. On a side note, if you want a 4K player to go with your 4K TV, make sure it doesn't say UPSCALE or UPSCALING. If you get an 4K UPSCALE, it will NOT play a 4K disc. I learned that lesson the hard way.

This Sony Blu Ray is the best Blu Ray player that I have ever had. I definitely recommend this Blu Ray player by Sony for anyone who is in the market of purchasing one.

Very happy with this LG bluray player. I've not used LG before, but this device is very user friendly and displays great 4k images and wonderful sound quality.

Had this for about a month now, it's quite good for the price. 4K discs look great, upscaling for 2K/1080p discs and even DVDs are nicely done. LG you've done it again!

The 4K picture is very sharp and vivid but it is not a smart dvd and it needs a wired ethernet connection to upgrade its firmware. it is a good buy if you have a smart TV otherwise I would not recommend it.

Got this to play 4k movies on my 4k TV for $99. 4k movies show more detail and more colors HDR than regular Blu Ray. It also lets me resume movies that I don't finish.

I just wanted a 4K, Blu-Ray player, did not need one with to much features as I own a SmartTV already. Found this one works great easy setup and would buy another one.

The LG UP 875 is a revelation in how it treats media. 4K, as expected, is simply stunning and lifelike. Blu Rays come fairly close to 4k through upconverting technology. The real surprise is that the upconverting tech handles DVDs masterfully. They won’t pass for HD or 4K, but picture quality is greatly improved over upconverting BluRay players and DVD players. The one flaw? Aspect ratio of 1:33 won’t always hold with DVDs, but the image will be stretched to fit the screen. The player does so even with the aspect menu set to “Original.” I workaround by applying 4:3 ratio on my LG 4K television. Other than that issue, and ignoring the retro menu (PC circa 1995), it fits the bill for our household!
