Bought it on Black Friday, for $100, it plays blue ray, not try 4K or HDR yet. Not sure HDR is any good for this price. But it's LG, life is good. If HDR10 is included and works, this will be a good value sine both Samsung and Sony sell for $200 range with HDR built in.

I had an LG that constantly interrupted because it had Smart connectivity, that kept reminding me my WiFi stunk. So, I was reluctant about this purchase. But, this player has made a couple of worn parents very happy.

Purchased this to compliment my new LG 55" 4k TV. For the money I found it to be average. Took it back and went with Samsung model. Wish I would have purchased a Samsung TV too..FInd the LG products to be cheap. Nothing wrong with it, just disappointed.

The 4k player does what it needs to do. 4k hdr is awesome and the player while watching movies is quiet.

This unit plays well but The one thing I that is missing is it does not have built-on WiFi. The best thing about it is the price. I was looking for a lower priced no frills 4K player and this fit the bill.

Its a really good investment and was the best priced one at the time. It's very good and plays the media with no problem whatsoever. Although at times there's a slight glitch with the onscreen option menu. Aside from that its a very worthwhile product.

For the price that I paid during the Deal of the Day, I have zero negatives to report. It is a straightforward, no bells and whistles unit that does the job it is manufactured to do. I'm happier than I thought I would be.

I was happy to skip WIFI and smart features for the price as my TV supports Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. 4k UHD and other format disks all look great with this unit. Setup was quick and easy. No complaints so far.

LG player just plays 4k/HD/SD media. If you are looking for your player with WiFi connectivity to stream (Netflix/Prime/Hulu) then look else where. This player does its job as advertised and I have no complaints.

Old Blue-Ray player was acting up. Bought this one, plugged it in, connected cables and it worked. The old one was an LG and this one worked with the remote for the old one. That's a nice touch.

The unit itself works wonderfully. I can't seem to get it to go back to the cable source when I turn it off. My old one did do that. So I have to dig up the other remote control and then put in the source.

Great price during thanksgiving period and work just fine with my Samsung TV. I wish the play button and some other frequently use buttons could have been enlarged. Just plug in the HDMI and play. Great product

Until now we were still using a standard definition DVD player and were overdue for a video upgrade. Unit has a nice clean appearance on the outside and worked perfectly out of the box. Great price too.

I was just looking for a basic blue ray player. This fits the bill nicely. The only feature that it is missing is that if you stop while playing a Disc it re-starts at the beginning. You have to pause it to re-start playing at the same place.

The quality of video and audio is what you'd expect but there have been issues with getting it to function at times with the remote control.

No audio when connected through Denon receiver but very good audio with HDMI connection to Sony TV and then back through HDMI ARC to Denon. Suspect that receiver is the problem and not the Blu-ray.

Enjoy the larger screen and the clearer picture of the 4KUltraHD 50" Samsung TV. It makes TV viewing so much more enjoyable. Sports are clearer to see. The colors and clarity of programs is so much better.

This player was on sale for a great price and fit my needs perfectly. My 4K upscaling player had wi-fi but realized used my Smart 4K TV with a direct Ethernet cable instead. So realized not having this feature not a deal breaker for me.

I was having problems viewing movies and photo CD'S. Associate said I needed to replace with something new. Suggested this product. Everything works properly now. Would highly recommend
