when you have smaller wash loads in such a big machine the sensor cycle messes up. maybe it's just me not knowing how to properly operate the machine for a small load.

Nice washer at a low price. Quite. Nice to see load with the clear top. Large Capacity. Specialty soap is difficult to find.

I love the large load capacity, I can do my king size comforter without difficulty and do larger loads at one time keeping me out of the laundry room all day.

I like the numerous selections if the cycles that ate available and the fact that you can add all of the detergent, softner and bleach at the beginning and you don't have to worry about it during the wash cycle.

Very Nice it is a step up from my old washer. Love all the features and settings. All the weird gyrations with these new washers, takes a bit to get used to.

Machine is quiet and extremely efficient with water usage. Our old machine used a LOT of water and there was always spillage around the drain. This machine uses just the right amount to get the clothes clean.

We purchased the washer to replace a kenmore front load washer. What I learned is that we will stick with top load and start buying more LG products. The washer has delivered as promised so we are very happy.

The large stainless tub handles large loads well. No agitator means it won't beat your cothes up. It is very quiet and washes large bedding itmes very well.

This was a replacement item for our Samsung washer which broke after 6 months. The LG has a much greater capacity, and is extremely quiet. Tons of different settings for most anything that needs washing.

This unit has a large capacity, washes very well and spin dry's the clothes, and operates very quietly. Very happy with this unit after using with three kids for a month now! Happy with the purchase.

My boyfriend went to buy a washer and I knew he was going to come home with an older model as I have been trying to get the newer one. Well he came home with a newer model and I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!

A lot of features that make ot easy to use. Very energy efficient and very quiet. Make sure to un wrinkle your clothes before you put them in the dryer.

Awesome machine.. had a front loader and grew to hate it. It smelled moldy and clothes always came out knotted. This machime is incredibly easy to use and holds an enormous amout of laundry.

Brought this washer less than 4 years ago and it is now going to the dump. Service repairman came and since it is out of warranty would have cost me over 600 dollars to fix it. Repairman also told me he would be back in 3 years to fix it again as the LG washers are garbage.

I have been looking for a top loader that was HE and fit the space I was working with, soaking is important to me and this has that capability.

I love the large capacity of this washer. It looks great. Efficient, uses little water. So far it's working great. Iv'e had it for about a month.

had to get a replacement for a maytag that failed in 1 1/2 years. LG was recommended by BB and had the large capacity that I needed. Lots of options water levels and wash times. nice and quiet
