Extremely Disappointed

However, I was extremely disappointed when I started using this speaker. The USB port has severe compatibility issue with flash drives. I tried USB 2.0 and 3.0 drives, reformatted the drives to FAT, FAT32, and NTFS and none of them worked. Evert time I plugged the flash drive, I was getting an error messages "E0004" and "NOT SUPPORTED". The product manual does not explain anything. I returned this product the very next day. I would not recommend it.

Bluetooth barely works, cords are short, the sound is fairly low to be subwoofers too. Basically pay a bit more for the better quality.

I usually love LG products and never had a bad experience with their brand until this stereo and LG customer service is ridiculously long wait time.

Too Cumbersome
