Bluetooth connection comes and goes, it will read "BT Error" upon calling LG they recommended a hard reset it did not work. So after repeated calls the results are I have a boom box without bluetooth capabilities.

Nice Sounding Speaker

Not wanting to add to my list of tech items that need to be charged, I decided to go for this LG speaker. I like LG products and I liked that I could plug in this speaker, and not have to worry about whether it was charged or not. Overall, the speaker sounds great. I was very easily able to connect to the speaker via bluetooth from an Android phone and an iPhone. Both connections sounded great, though the phones were not too far from the speaker. I also tried connecting to the speaker from our AppleTV. The speaker was about 20 feet away from the AppleTV, with the AppleTV being inside a closet. This connection to the speaker was spotty and irritating. I'm not sure if it's a limitation of the speaker or a limitation of bluetooth technology. I also tried connecting the speaker to my Google Home setup. This connection worked great. I had to take an existing Google Home speaker and set the LG speaker as it's default output. Then, I created a group of speakers, including my Google Home Max in one room and the LG speaker in a nearby room. This created a really cool surround sound experience. Overall, I'm very happy with this speaker. I cannot wait until this summer so I can bring the speaker outside so I can share my music with my neighbors. ;o)
