Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this speaker for a few years now and it's good. I had the Bluetooth error before BUT there is a way to fix it that problem. Look on YouTube for how to fix it. Requires taking it apart but easy fix.

Before I bought the speaker I was looking at sony, ion and other brands comparing the quality of the sound and LG for my concept surpassed the other companies.

I get a bt error and i have to turn it off and on for that to go away. In addition to that issue the screen that says hi and bye fades out sometimes it will connect with my device and times it won't. The audio is great when it works how it should but when it doesn't work i get a cracking sound from the speaker. I wont be purchasing lg products any longer. Ill stick with samsung.
