The scenes in this movie are wonderful and take full advantage of 4K. The move is good and the realistic, out of this world images, make it worth watching multiple times.

Wasn't too sure about this movie after having seen the previews in the theater. I was not familiar with the book beyond the title. Finally picked it up because my wife wanted to see it, and was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful performances and compelling story.

Movie started slow. But once all the introductions were complete it went full blast and stayed that way until the end. We also loved watching the extras. Especially on how the movie was made.

Life of Pi is a great movie but in 4K it is simply amazing. It looks fantastic. Plus, a great story. What more can you ask for?

This film is a thing of beauty and this 4K release although first generation is a stunning release, not at the top of the 4K rankings but worth the upgrade.

One of Ang Lee's best movies, looks even better with HDR. Would also look more fantastic with Dolby Vision

Even being a 2K DI the 4K version of Life of Pi looks incredible! Thanks to awesome HDR grading and definition its worth an upgrade from the regular blu-ray.

Great family movie. A little slow at the beginning for younger kids but overall great and the kids did love it.

I'm not a movie critic by any means but this was a very enjoyable movie to watch. The acting was amazing, the special effects were great and the overall story was very entertaining.

This was not shot in 4K but the color and picture are awesome here! I love the movie and think it looks its best here! HDR is a nice addition on this movie.

From the beginning the movie explored man's relationship with nature and the uncertainty of events. The movie explains how we need to rely on faith in something and relationships to survive.

ill be honest. when i first saw the trailer for this movie i thought it was just dumb and boring. a boy at see with a tiger. cmon. but after watching the film on tv, i have changed my mind. its a great survival story and wonderfully acted. i highly recommend

When I think of "Beautiful Movies," Life of Pi is near the top. A movie geared for all ages. Upon completion, the viewer may indeed believe in god, regardless of religion. :)

This movie is a part of everyone moment who has to reach down inside oneself to survive and it’s a wonderful family movie to prove anything is possible
