this case is good until you need to remove the ipod

My 11yr old son needed a case for his iPod 5. He likes it best because it's not big and bulky. Nice that the screen is not hard to use or see when the case is on. The only negative thing is that it cannot be taken off and on because the front piece that u put on the screen is a sticker. Once u take it off u cannot reuse it. It does come with 2 sticker pieces (one black and one white). Have not tested it in water to see if it actually is waterproof. The way that the case is installed on the iPod, I am a little apprehensive about testing it. Overall though it is a pretty nice iPod case.

After a few drops, the case has won my vote of approval for protecting this device. You do have to push the buttons with some force to make them work, but overall, satisfied with the case.

Thus far the case has performed well. I have not had any drops or any water hazzards to give the case a true test. It was easy to install onto the ipod. Time wiill tell its true worth.

It's ok. I thought that when purchasing this it would be an actual case but turns out to be a back case piece with a screen protector that covers to the lip of the case. Not really a big fan of that.

My niece's previous iPod was thrown in toilet by the baby and it was in otterbox case. It was damaged. We bought this case for the replaced iPod because it's waterproof and drop proof.

My husband is tough on his iPods, and so far, this case has held up well. It was a little difficult to get on, but for the protection it offers, that small hassle was worth it.

Not too happy with this purchase. I use Lifeproof on my phone and I'm happy, but not so happy with the iPod version. The screen cover is a sticker and the case leaked water on it's first use.

Good product but the extra cable required for the output is just another thing to lose. Would be nice to have the waterproof case but not require the extra long adapter plug.

The only thing I didn't care for about this product is that it is not a sealable hard case. The front face is the clear face cover that seals the case. Other than that it seems like a good product.

I bought these for my kids since they will be getting iPods for Christmas. My husband and I love the lifeproof cases and thought it would be a great case for our kids.

So far so good it is protecting my ipod. The only thing that I don't like about is that the thing that is supposed to water seal it to make it water resistant is just a screen protector on the front. I was expecting it to be more.

I have purchased device like this before, so when a replacement was required I did not hesitate in buying a new one.

It would be nice if the clear case was clear all the way through. The sides are black. Clear all the way around would be great! You would really be able to appreciate the colors of the iPods then. When we buy electronics, we make sure we have a LifeProof case ready to go before we even get the iPad/iPod/iPhone home. This is a MUST in our home for protection and it hasn't failed us yet even through occasional drops.

so far it has been holding up and my son loves it he has dropped it a few times hasnt shattered or shattered screen

This is the best case I have ever bought. Only thing bad about it is you have to leave the extended headphone port in all the time. Other than that, great product

This is a great protective case for the iPod, as we are using it as a tool to assist technicians at a groundwater treatment facility. Tough and durable case that is easy to install. Only downside is that we can not attach the dongle attachment to the lightning port to control the Grundfos pumps. Overall, still a great case.

I have a life proof case for my iPhone so it was a no brainer to get one for my iPod. I started off with the glass shield, well let's say I won't do that again.

This fits perfectly and protects from all kinds of drops and sticky stuff.
